Sean was woken by the sound of movement in the room

He opened his eyes to see Lyla eating some snacks at the opposite corner. She must have taken it from somewhere in this place, where she hid it. 

Sean closed his eyes again so he could rest his eyes a bit but the system appeared in his vision. He can see on the system that he has unread notifications. He doesn't know if he should read it now or later.

Sean opened his eyes again, laying his haze on Lyla and Lyla stiffened up

Food had a different value at the time of war 

Common snacks were expendable at normal times but at the time of war?

He thought the girl must have put the bag there to protect herself in case she got stabbed with a knife so he did the same too. He only remembered the leather bag when he saw the backpack that is beside Lyla which according to his suspicion should contain food.

When Lyla saw Sean bring out the leather bag, she stared at him, her sight never left Sean and it seemed like she wouldn't let Sean off her sight until Sean brought out what was in the leather bag. 

Even doesn't know what is in the leather bag, he knows that whatever is in it, it cannot be harmful or something to be afraid of since it was owned by a little girl.

Sean looked at Lyla stealthily and saw her pick up a knife beside her. Sean sighed and opened the leather bag, he couldn't see what was in the leather bag because it was dark so he dipped his hand inside it. He held whatever was in the bag and when he brought it out, it turned out to be a Can.

A Can of food.

"Smart little girl"

Sean commented on the girl's action, his voice so low that Lyla never knew he uttered some words.

On seeing the can of food, Lyla eased up and continued eating her snacks. If both of them have food, they might get along 

None of them spoke while they ate breakfast 

While Lyla was busy eating, Sean lowered his head and read the notifications he had. If Lyla looks at him, it will look as if he is eating.

After a peaceful night guard, Trina and Liu went to Liu's house. The previous day, Trina had gone to apply for the guardianship member, her strength and skills were tested and she was to go to the palace to know the king's decision.

"I don't know if we should go to the palace first or home" 

Liu asked. He has been curious about what will be the king's decision and what position Trina will have.

"Let's go home, why the rush?" Trina asked

"You know, I'm just wondering, you jaya unique magic skill that no guardian ever had. If you take the same test normal magician takes, you should have a very good result and hold a good position in the guardianship"

"If it's about the skills only, then I wonder how you'll feel if I tell you that I am done learning the Basic knowledge of Magic"

Liu halted his steps and stare at Trina in disbelief, he chuckled and said

"I'm not gonna believe that, it took me half a year to master the whole book and you are trying to tell me that you learned it in a day"

"I learned it in a few hours. I don't know how but I think the yin yang skill have some kind of impact on my brain and I think I learn things faster now"

Trina knew she cannot mention the system to the NPC so she just made it look like an effect of aquarius leaf.

"Wow, this is…you've told father?"

Liu and Trina hastened their steps and got home in a few minutes. Liu's father was sitting in the main room with a magic book in his hands. 

Liu was do excited that he couldn't wait to say the news to his father

"Father! Guess what?"

"I'm not guessing anything, Trina, you have a letter from the palace."

"What does it say, Master?"

"The letter is for you, I didn't open it, pick it on the table, you can read it loud of you want"

Liu decided to hold his own News and irged Trina to read what was in the letter.

Trina slowly picked the letter and read out loud

"To Trinquin

"On seeing the results of the test you took, your knowledge of Magic and the strength of your unique skill, we have decided that you are not fit for any position in the guardianship.

On the contrary, your powers are too great for you to be a Night Guard so we have decided to invite you to join the 'League of Sorcerers'. 

You can ask for advice from your master on whether to accept the invitation or not. 

If you decide not to join the league, you can join the guardianship

The room was quiet for a while, the three of them were exchanging gazes until Liu broke the silence 

"Father, what is the League of Sorcerers"

Liu's father neglected Liu's question and stare at Trina with a suspicious eyes

"Have you learned the basic knowledge of Magic before?"

"No master, I think the aquarius leaf was able to help me learn things faster so I was able to learn the Basic knowledge of Magic yesterday*

"That's what I was asking you guess, Father"

Liu's father still held up his suspicion but after few minutes, he smiled

"That's good, girl. You now earned a direct invitation from the League of Sorcerers. Hahaha''

Trina's face brightened up a bit and she asked "what is the League of Sorcerer"

"The League of Sorcerers is the dream of many strong magicians. I was aber if the guild but I left because I was too old to be a member. The League is just like guardianship. Just that they do not have a night guard, rather, they provide their members with sufficient equipment to learn about their powers and grow stronger. The League was created to be an Anti Dragon Army. In case there is a dragon war, the League are the ones who fight them. It's kedt to you whether you want to join or not"

Trina thought of the opportunity before her, her Main Mission is to kill a dragon lord, there is no way she can do that if she is a Night Guard.
