Charles's - [P.O.V]
It downed on me that I had being a big Goat! I've spent over $600,000 Dollars buying my wife anything she wants while working as a janitor and she never valued me, yet I forgot my mum and brother who were by my side all the while. "Alright, how about my salary savings? Today is a good time to make payments." I begged her as I was dragged away. I had saved a whopping $30,000,000 million dollars from working for the Moran's company in two years, but somehow Madam Moran convinced me to save up my contract earnings and salaries so I could use it to do something tangible and now her reaction proves I made a grave mistake. "Garbage like you doesn't deserve to breathe! now throw this rotten trash of a son Inlaw out of my house before the luisons ask me for his head.” She Orders. “I would not want to hurt my in-laws' feelings furthermore after all the wounds." She growled as she kicked Benita away from her sight glaring back at me. "Now Benita and the rest, you all saw what just happened here today right?" She roared to the entire family who stayed mute to how dangerous that she ruled. "Even though he is thrown out, the idiot still needs to die, if he fires a lawsuit, it will affect the coming wedding, no one must speak of him ever again, am I clear?" She said, smiling back at them like a devil. "I don't care who snitches, because it won't affect me." She added. "All I know is that I will freeze all of your banking accounts nevertheless and you will all lose your investment in the company including your willed inheritance, so be warned." She roared at the house as they took me away. I was thrown over the road outside the mansion like a dog, I stood up only to see missed calls from an unknown number one from my mother… I wondered where they were and if she was Okay. I called back tired with all the issues. “Your Daughter has been saved." A familiar old voice responds to me. "Who is this?" I asked. "It's your old Friend Mr. Wick" He replied. Mr. Wick has been like my God father, only that I do not know him or why he helps me. "Thanks." I replied ending the Call. "Charles, if you ever get this call… It's about mum, She's in severe Pain." Drian said to me and my heartbeat in return. I wondered how she was faring right now. I dipped the phone back into my deep pockets as I shot a great race to save my mother's life by all means. I wondered how I would tell her that I couldn't get any money to pay for her health or whether I was thrown out. I cried to know how she would feel knowing that… The pains banging through my body was like a storm because I had all the money in the world and the government kept my funds under review. Hence I kept running as fast as I could. I had nothing on me but if it meant that I would give my mother my heart then I would do that., I continued till I finally reached home, frightened like an animal. I grabbed the curtains, Using it to cover my injured head or body parts. I didn't want my mother to see my injuries. I looked at the ground to see my blood staining the floor as I took some more steps reaching into the room. Then I saw Drian holding our old woman in his arms. "The pain has stopped my son." She said to Drian taking a glass of water before sitting up and then her eyes set on me. The glass cup on her hand falls to the ground, showing a shock filled excitement over her face. "Charles!" She called as she stood up excitedly to me. Drian turned back to look at me confused but excitement covered his face. "Charles, are you okay?" She asked as she walked towards me and before she held the curtains. "I'm Okay Mum." I had to lie. "Then what are these red stains?" She asked as I looked at the nude white curtain to see that it had betrayed me. The curtain was nude white in colour and my blood had stained the entire curtain in return as I looked into her eyes. It occured to me that Madam Moran's bottle she smashed on my head, had injured me. At Least I know she's an enemy for sure. She opened the curtain and tears filled my mother's eyes, her tears hurt me too. "Oh my Son, what is this..." She said taking steps back towards her bed pointing her finger towards me. "Charles, who did this to you?" Drian asked but my eyes were over them. "I'm okay, I got into trouble, not a big deal, don't you guys miss me?" I said to him, trying to pretend. "Why are you lying, speak!" Drian blasts at me in return like I was the junior one here, but what shocked me was why Drian and my mother looked like slaves. The fact they were worried about me was something to study but Drian’s anger issues were truly amusing. I also wanted to know why they looked beaten and in a very bad shape, my bleeding head didn't matter to me at all, they needed to speak and not worry because; Before them Is a War Baron. I have to expose Who I am. “I have come to save you all, tell me Drian, why do you wear an eye hatch and why is our mothers body full of injuries?” I asked. “You left us all these years, what do you expect your evil wife would do to us?” Drian said to me as I listened in disbelief. “She threw us out, but when I tried to fight to protect your daughter, Mr. Gilbert, your wife's lover, ordered his men to plug out my left eye.” Drian said to me. “Drian, she let that happen to you?” I asked as I placed my fingers over his eyes as pain rushed through my chest. “And mum? Who hurt her?” I asked. “Benita’s mother has always abused mum, after you left, I became Gilbert's punching bag and mum was forced to be part of the maids, Madam Moran will always flog her, wishing you were dead.” Drian added as I looked at my sick mother over the bed.

Do what you know best,” she moaned with her eyes shut, mouth opened and hands fondling her breasts. Chapter 181
Brian and Sia drove quietly, barely stealing a glance at each other and keeping a stern look; no one wanted to say a word to the other. When Brian became bored he turned on the CD player in his Chevrolet and a soft sonorous voice of Blues dominated their midst, as they sped across the chilly tar road of California. Sia watched as Brian pulled over a boutique. Once he turned off the CD player, Sia inquired, “Where are you taking me to?” Brian rolled his eyes at her, “What does it look like?” he turned his gaze away from her, seeing that she wasn’t interested in eye contact. "I want to gift you a shopping spree,” He mumbled and caught her gaze when she finally looked at him, her eyes full of surprises. “I don’t expect that now. I thought you were driving me home,” she said softly. Brian forced a smile and breathed hard, “you had better wear your seat belt because I am about driving you crazy. I just want you to know I made enough money from my drugs. I can’t spend it a

Sia was well seated at the police station opposite detective Ben and an illuminating lantern shone across their faces as she was interrogated. She had been lying about the call she put to the police and she just had to keep lying otherwise Brian would be implicated.Earlier she was highly infuriated to put an end to all about Brian; she was hell-bent on snitching on Brian with the police over his notorious cocaine peddling. Inwardly she had come to the end of the tunnel with Brian and the best way she chose to do away with Brian was snitching on him. She had picked up her phone, stared sternly at the 911 she just dialed, and when a voice picked it on the other end, she declined the call. She struggled within herself to keep her trembling hand to a firm hold. Her hand suddenly started shaking as one suffering from Parkinson’s disease. Her heart had increased its pressure and speed; it was not fear neither was it timidity; it was a greater force than obses

Three police cars screeched into the compound of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman and a band of armed police men led by inspector Ben dashed out from the cars and advanced to the door. His officer stood at alert, eyes darting here and there around the neighborhood, with their rifles handy and ready to take a shot if need be. Mr. and Mrs. Coleman were having breakfast at the time. At the resounding cry of the siren their breakfast was interrupted as they paused thoughtfully to know where the siren was blaring. In few seconds the door bell went in ding-dong. They stared at each other, as quietness hung over them. With their raised brow, they questioned the siren that kept blaring outside of their house. They had not expected police or emergency unit to come close to their neighborhood except something tragic had happened in their neighborhood. The doorbell rang again and their faces were much scowled now, convinced that it was coming from their flat. “That is coming from our door,” Mrs. Co
