Charles's - [P.O.V]

Pain Boiled through my Veins!

“They will regret everything they have done to you guys, I promise.” I said to Drian and he chuckled at me.

“Drian, we both know that isn't possible, they’ve destroyed our lives, I can't even get a job anymore, we are finished.” He said to me and I smiled at him.

“We aren't Drian, I Charles will make them pay!” I swore to him.

“Haha! Who do you think you are?” He asked me grabbing my and I held him.

“I am the supposed Celestial….” I said and Drian Laughs by the side at me.

“Celestial what?” He asked.

“A Supposed Celestial General.” I said to him and my mother stood up to look at me.

“Don't you ever say such a name here again, claiming to be someone of such high rank will cause a death sentence, it is punishable by law my son.” She warned.

“What we need now, is to obtain the money you saved with their family before you left and we will leave them for Good.” My mother said as she looked at me.

“Listen Charles, I don't care if you failed at your career or not, what I am bothered about is our mum and we need your salary savings to sort these bills or mummy might die.” Drian said to me.

“We need to go back now!” Drian convinced me and being desperate I had to do the needful, mum's health and our feeding was something I bet the Moran's won't just ignore… I can bet.

They might be wicked but not evil.

I stopped on my way there.

Was it worth it for me to test them?

I mean I could order for my mum's treatment in seconds, but how come even my family won't believe who I am.

They literally laughed it out.

"Charles, let's go!" Drian yells at me.

"I can't." I said to him.

"Why are you so self centred Charles?" He immediately fired at me.

"She took care of us since we were kids and now you want her to die, we don't have no damn Money at all Charles!" Drian said before he drops a punch over my mouth causing me to bleed even more.

He was the type that couldn't control his temper but he didn't know I had an even worse fatal temper that I knew how to conceal over my many years at war.

“Hello housekeeper, send my daughter to the Moran’s house, I want her to arrive there on time, I need to talk to my child.” I said as I turned to look at my brother.

"Okay now, I don't mind Drian, maybe this is worth it, if this is how I will confirm the Moran’s evil, then so be it..." I said till we later reached the gates.

"What are you doing here, it's like you want madam to kill you both?" One of the security men said, looking at me.

"Let the loser in." Mr. Luison said and we immediately entered the compound… He’s the bastard that ordered for my brother's eyes, today I will make him hate his life.

I looked at the bald man who was chosen to marry my lovely Benita because I don't have money… really? Money? For someone that owned nations?

"You shouldn't have let these beggars in." Madam Moran warns him as she walks out of the house and turns to look at us.

Then the entire family began to gather around as well and I could hear them gossiping I

"You hurt my son, how could you madam Moran." My mother said as she walked towards her.

I feared she was going to slap Madam Moran, because it seemed like I brought my mum and brother to come and beat up the people that humiliated me.

Hilarious right?

But mum's reaction was the Opposite.

She reached closer to madam Moran who I guess was thinking that she was going to get slapped as well, but then my mother fell to the ground on her knees.

My lips split open in shock as I stared at her turn to look at both I and Drian who stood behind her.

"Go on your knees immediately foolish boys!” She growled at us with her sick voice and I and Drian slowly went on our knees, my face remained rigid as I stared at them with an evil smile.

"Please madam Moran, my son Charles is young, he just returned from a tiresome Military program and he is still capable of making mistakes but he is still my son and he worked for you for two years before he left and saved it with you for my health, hence today, which is supposed to be his payday... You beat him up and fired him." She said looking at Madam Moran eyes in return.

"And I will set him on fire if I get provoked!" Madam Moran threatens my mother who places her hand over madam Moran's shoes as her tears fall over it.

"I did not come here to provoke you." She said looking down.

“Mother, do not beg these poor people.” I said to her but she turned in distaste.

“Charles! Please!” She pleaded but then I had endured enough, so I stood up.

"I only came because we need the money for my health." She added as tears dropped out from her eyes making my heart bleed at her words.

"You see, I am sick, so please, just pay my son his salary savings we worked two years for, so we can go." She begs her.

"Get off her shoes, you sick thing!" Mr. Gilbert Luison roared using his shoe to push my mother away and she fell to the ground bruising her face.

"Indeed she is an old sick thing, just take a look at their entire rat looking family." Madam Moran curses, staring at my mother who struggles over the ground to get back in order.

The disrespect to her felt painful in my bones, turning my Demon On.

"My mother!?" I was ready to kill.

Pulling her dress upward, he sucked on her navel. “Oh Brian, I love that,” she whispered, wriggled on the floor like an earthworm and started breathing hard when he pulled her skirt to her ankles and saw she had no lingerie; her wet well shaven vagina was already calling on him. “Oh Brian what are you waiting for? Do what you know best,” she moaned with her eyes shut, mouth opened and hands fondling her breasts. Brian looked at the camera he mounted at the wardrobe and it was well positioned to film them as they were about to have sex. He smiled, and unzipped his trousers. Another sex tape was about to be released.Flashback:“And all these happen for your sake. Grandma was hospitalized because I pulled a trick you wanted, what about Mr. Biscuit; he died because I sheltered you from the rain when your car broke down.”“You forgot the part of you drugging my drink just to sleep with me. What haven’t you done?”She raised her voice amid flaming stares. “I did not drug your drink. Yo

Brian and Sia drove quietly, barely stealing a glance at each other and keeping a stern look; no one wanted to say a word to the other. When Brian became bored he turned on the CD player in his Chevrolet and a soft sonorous voice of Blues dominated their midst, as they sped across the chilly tar road of California. Sia watched as Brian pulled over a boutique. Once he turned off the CD player, Sia inquired, “Where are you taking me to?” Brian rolled his eyes at her, “What does it look like?” he turned his gaze away from her, seeing that she wasn’t interested in eye contact. "I want to gift you a shopping spree,” He mumbled and caught her gaze when she finally looked at him, her eyes full of surprises. “I don’t expect that now. I thought you were driving me home,” she said softly. Brian forced a smile and breathed hard, “you had better wear your seat belt because I am about driving you crazy. I just want you to know I made enough money from my drugs. I can’t spend it a

Sia was well seated at the police station opposite detective Ben and an illuminating lantern shone across their faces as she was interrogated. She had been lying about the call she put to the police and she just had to keep lying otherwise Brian would be implicated.Earlier she was highly infuriated to put an end to all about Brian; she was hell-bent on snitching on Brian with the police over his notorious cocaine peddling. Inwardly she had come to the end of the tunnel with Brian and the best way she chose to do away with Brian was snitching on him. She had picked up her phone, stared sternly at the 911 she just dialed, and when a voice picked it on the other end, she declined the call. She struggled within herself to keep her trembling hand to a firm hold. Her hand suddenly started shaking as one suffering from Parkinson’s disease. Her heart had increased its pressure and speed; it was not fear neither was it timidity; it was a greater force than obses

Three police cars screeched into the compound of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman and a band of armed police men led by inspector Ben dashed out from the cars and advanced to the door. His officer stood at alert, eyes darting here and there around the neighborhood, with their rifles handy and ready to take a shot if need be. Mr. and Mrs. Coleman were having breakfast at the time. At the resounding cry of the siren their breakfast was interrupted as they paused thoughtfully to know where the siren was blaring. In few seconds the door bell went in ding-dong. They stared at each other, as quietness hung over them. With their raised brow, they questioned the siren that kept blaring outside of their house. They had not expected police or emergency unit to come close to their neighborhood except something tragic had happened in their neighborhood. The doorbell rang again and their faces were much scowled now, convinced that it was coming from their flat. “That is coming from our door,” Mrs. Co

Brian gave Mr. Biscuit a befitting burial. Beside its grave he built a monument which he specially dedicated to Mr. Biscuit. Grandma didn’t honor the burial and he knew she wasn’t going to pay her last respect to a charismatic pet that served her more than most of her laborers- the wrath of losing Mr. Biscuit still hung in her heart, and Brian would have to earn grandma’s forgiveness before the center between them could hold.Other laborers who honored the last respect to Mr. Biscuit had dispersed to their duties, leaving only Sia and Brian standing at the grave; which had; MR BISCUIT 2020-20222, eligibly written across the monument with titillating pictures of the pet and flowers littered all over.“We are going to miss it so much,” Sia said mildly, standing beside Brain who was still all tears. She looked at his sober face and wondered if he was actually pained for the death of Mr. Biscuit or guilt of being responsible for the death; She had overheard grandma nag
