Charles’s - [P.O.V]
Death Loomed in my thirst for Blood! Before I could kill that bastard, Drian rushed at Gilbert in anger, landing him with a punch blessed by my entire soul.He landed a heavy punch over Mr. Gilbert's face breaking his nose instantly as Mr. Gilbert fell to the ground bleeding all body bandaged cause I earlier beat him."Don't you ever hurt my mother, she is my mother." Drian threatened before a security man came to beat him up and that's where I must step in."You and your entire family will regret that with your lives." Gilbert threatens back.I rushed into the scene, protecting Drian.“Beat them to death!” Mr. Gilbert said as Madam Moran confirmed with all the men rushing towards us."Drian, protect our mother." I said to him and he headed to her.I raised my hand into the air as I stared at all the men in uniforms using my fingers to freeze time as everyone stared in shock.“Kneel! And apologise until I ask you all to stop!” I ordered and all the Moran family's security men went on their knees pleading and crying for my mother's forgiveness."Please don't take my son's life." My distracted mother cried watching as they kept apologising to her before she stopped Stunned and confused in disbelief that she was actually being apologised to by the security men who were behind me."I told you… I am a supposed General!" I said to her as she cried holding her chest with a smile popping out from her tears.“Bring my Daughter.” I ordered as Mr. Donatus, the military assistant sent by the commander brought Cena who stood before the entire family in luxurious clothes.“Cena, I am your father, I sent my soldiers to save you, do you still remember me?” I said to her and she hugged me tightly.“Daddy!” She said as her tears touched me and my soul flashed into her memories.“Aunty fed me to pigs!” She cried to me.“Which aunty?” I asked and she turned to point at her mother, Benita.“That's your mother.” I replied to her.“No! Mother doesn't bully me.” She cried.“Aunty beats mother a lot and now mother cannot move again.” She said as she cried in tears, holding my hand as she dragged me past the family members till we got into a room where I met Miss. Carina.“This is your aunty Cena, not your mum.” I said to her but she refused.“Mother said you gave this to her.” Cena said as she revealed a necklace over Miss Carina’s neck, shocking me that instant. Is Benita a fraud? Is our marriage a fraud? How is Carina Cena’s Mother? It just dawned on me that Carina shortly went missing after my marriage with Benita and Benita informed me she was pregnant with no signs of pregnancy but with a child… So Carina has been hidden here in a coma? They're drugging her?I carried Carina over myself as I walked out to see Madam Moran and Benita.“You both owe me an explanation, explain to me Benita, who really are you?” I asked disgustedly as I looked at Carina."How is this even possible!" My mother began to choke for air as she looked at me holding Carina shocked.“We need to take Carina away from here and I think I'm weak too.” My mum added as she held her chest gasping for air."She needs her inhaler." Drian cries out, holding her as she stomps her chest.“Oh really, Celestial General?” Madam Moran said mockingly at us."Don't you ever think insinuating such a title will make our family fear you, you are a nobody, my security men might be apologising because they have respect for your mother, but thank God, Mr. Gilbert is here with his security… You better attend to your mother before it's too late.” Madam madam warned as she glared at me.I definitely won't reject good advice. She needed the hospital now.I called Carina with one hand and used my back to carry my mother. I ran through the mansion's slippery ground with Drian who held them diagonally as Cena held my left hand as my mother choked for her life while Mr. Donatus used a cloth to cover them from the rain till we were outside the place.“Take Cena, find a settlement, ensure she's one hundred percent safe, have I made myself clear?” I asked.“Yes, young master.” Mr. Donatus replied leaving with the car branded with my name, using such vehicles will invite more death threats than we are already facing."Mama..." I cried holding her to myself."Please stay alive for us." I cried as I ran through the rain. She was my only world and I wasn't ready to lose her.The pain could finish me... It could end me… The rain soon stops. We entered the hospital. My blood was dripping non stop over the floor as I felt my energy depreciating in return. The nurses rushed to us - Taking my mother from me.I and Drian followed them before we got stopped. It's her doctor."Have you gotten the money yet?" He asked."I will get it." I and Drian said it at the same time."You both have to be fast, she needs to commence heart surgery and the money is needed for her blood transfusion or she might lose her life this time." The female doctor said and I and Drian stared at each other."Okay boys, I can help but you must not inform the hospital management okay." She whispers to us."Yes ma, what do we have to do?" I said to her."I will use the hospital loan money to help your mother but then you both need an additional $15,000 dollars to complete her blood transfusion, can you provide that?" She asked."I think there's a way I could try." I said to her and she smiled before she hugged me and Drian before she turned to leave.

Pulling her dress upward, he sucked on her navel. “Oh Brian, I love that,” she whispered, wriggled on the floor like an earthworm and started breathing hard when he pulled her skirt to her ankles and saw she had no lingerie; her wet well shaven vagina was already calling on him. “Oh Brian what are you waiting for? Do what you know best,” she moaned with her eyes shut, mouth opened and hands fondling her breasts. Brian looked at the camera he mounted at the wardrobe and it was well positioned to film them as they were about to have sex. He smiled, and unzipped his trousers. Another sex tape was about to be released.Flashback:“And all these happen for your sake. Grandma was hospitalized because I pulled a trick you wanted, what about Mr. Biscuit; he died because I sheltered you from the rain when your car broke down.”“You forgot the part of you drugging my drink just to sleep with me. What haven’t you done?”She raised her voice amid flaming stares. “I did not drug your drink. Yo
Chapter 181
Brian and Sia drove quietly, barely stealing a glance at each other and keeping a stern look; no one wanted to say a word to the other. When Brian became bored he turned on the CD player in his Chevrolet and a soft sonorous voice of Blues dominated their midst, as they sped across the chilly tar road of California. Sia watched as Brian pulled over a boutique. Once he turned off the CD player, Sia inquired, “Where are you taking me to?” Brian rolled his eyes at her, “What does it look like?” he turned his gaze away from her, seeing that she wasn’t interested in eye contact. "I want to gift you a shopping spree,” He mumbled and caught her gaze when she finally looked at him, her eyes full of surprises. “I don’t expect that now. I thought you were driving me home,” she said softly. Brian forced a smile and breathed hard, “you had better wear your seat belt because I am about driving you crazy. I just want you to know I made enough money from my drugs. I can’t spend it a

Sia was well seated at the police station opposite detective Ben and an illuminating lantern shone across their faces as she was interrogated. She had been lying about the call she put to the police and she just had to keep lying otherwise Brian would be implicated.Earlier she was highly infuriated to put an end to all about Brian; she was hell-bent on snitching on Brian with the police over his notorious cocaine peddling. Inwardly she had come to the end of the tunnel with Brian and the best way she chose to do away with Brian was snitching on him. She had picked up her phone, stared sternly at the 911 she just dialed, and when a voice picked it on the other end, she declined the call. She struggled within herself to keep her trembling hand to a firm hold. Her hand suddenly started shaking as one suffering from Parkinson’s disease. Her heart had increased its pressure and speed; it was not fear neither was it timidity; it was a greater force than obses
Chapter 179
Three police cars screeched into the compound of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman and a band of armed police men led by inspector Ben dashed out from the cars and advanced to the door. His officer stood at alert, eyes darting here and there around the neighborhood, with their rifles handy and ready to take a shot if need be. Mr. and Mrs. Coleman were having breakfast at the time. At the resounding cry of the siren their breakfast was interrupted as they paused thoughtfully to know where the siren was blaring. In few seconds the door bell went in ding-dong. They stared at each other, as quietness hung over them. With their raised brow, they questioned the siren that kept blaring outside of their house. They had not expected police or emergency unit to come close to their neighborhood except something tragic had happened in their neighborhood. The doorbell rang again and their faces were much scowled now, convinced that it was coming from their flat. “That is coming from our door,” Mrs. Co

Brian gave Mr. Biscuit a befitting burial. Beside its grave he built a monument which he specially dedicated to Mr. Biscuit. Grandma didn’t honor the burial and he knew she wasn’t going to pay her last respect to a charismatic pet that served her more than most of her laborers- the wrath of losing Mr. Biscuit still hung in her heart, and Brian would have to earn grandma’s forgiveness before the center between them could hold.Other laborers who honored the last respect to Mr. Biscuit had dispersed to their duties, leaving only Sia and Brian standing at the grave; which had; MR BISCUIT 2020-20222, eligibly written across the monument with titillating pictures of the pet and flowers littered all over.“We are going to miss it so much,” Sia said mildly, standing beside Brain who was still all tears. She looked at his sober face and wondered if he was actually pained for the death of Mr. Biscuit or guilt of being responsible for the death; She had overheard grandma nag
