Zludac I

Inside a particular room, a lady sat down elegantly as she patted her index finger on her desk. Her eyes staring at the head maid who stood before her

"What do you mean by that, Martha? Tomorrow, they are coming for the girls and you're telling me not to hand one over?" The lady dramatically questioned

"Madame, I'm just saying...if you think about it, we could use her at the mansion. I don't think she should be sent to a place-"

"Martha, I told you not to grow some sort of attachment towards these girls "

"But I'm asking for one, let Harmony stay behind "

"What's your reason for saying this? Does she have some sort of illness? Listen Martha, the girls have been counted and the number has been handed over to them. If one is missing-"

"Is it too much to ask for, Madame...Think of it, Harmony is irresponsible...she's clumsy and you know that, she makes silly mistakes-"

"Martha, my decision is final and you're either with me or against me"

"Madame..."

"There's no in between and if you are against me, you might as well leave" the Madame calmly replied "I run a smooth business Martha and I can't just loose that because of some girl you found in an alley. You know Zludac, they are people we shouldn't mess with, you know what they're capable of so while they're still patient, let's do what they want us to "

Martha let out a low bow of apology and walked out of the room

The sharp rays of the sun seeped through the short lengthed window on two petite figures sleeping on an hard bed

The heavy banging of the metal door awakened the two slim figures on the small bed and they both sat up, dressed in the usual lifeless grey gown as they watched the metal door open

Two bulky men stepped inside the room, a dagger each hanging by their waists

"Wha-what's going on?" Anna stammered, fear gripping her body as one of them grabbed her by her arm "Where are you taking us? Harmony..."

"What are you doing? let her go" Harmony retorted and hearing the chaos inside the room, more bulky men walked in and dragged them both outside

"Let me go...let go of me" they both struggled to get out of the strong grip of the men

"These two are being a pain in the ass, just hit them in the head. It'll be easier to carry them" one of them said in a gruffy tone
