"Freddie having this dreams automatically means he's the chosen one" kelvin interrupted with a snap from his fingers while staring solely at Freddie.
Kelvin Bauer a nerdy teenage has a habitual act of interrupting whenever he as an idea.
The teenagers except for Kelvin and Kim were baffled at what they just heard. Exclaiming "what" they all stared at freddie most especially kim thinking she will make an objection to Kelvin's guess but she kept quiet with her face down.
"tell me it's not true mom" Chloe protested as she waved her hands but Kim nodded with a sad face "i can believe I'm saying this but yes, kelvin's right"
All of a sudden Freddie cried out "it can't be, i mean I don't have a percent skill of what dad had. i myself saw how dad fought the monster and still lost, with that I can't even save my friends talk less of the whole city" Freddie said out with a frown on his face. He concluded by himself on the fact that there is no way he could defeat Jurazuss maybe the chosen stuff was a mistake.
Kim slowly removed the glasses on her face, sighed and then held him on his shoulder "son it's not about you knowing how to fight or not; it's about your willingness to save your family; friends; the world from this threat" She paused staring at his face. Freddie in return gazed at her still with a frown on his face. she continued "Freddie as much as I don't want you to do this. i want you to think about this, how will you feel when you had the ability to save the earth and you did nothing" Kim's question made Freddie think for a while before speaking out.
"Yea I'll feel bad but even if i agree to protect the city; I can't do this alone" Freddie uttered with a gesture, he glanced at the others who nodded at his point.
Kim then removed her hand from his shoulder. fixing on her glasses, she smiled at him first before turning to the others "Actually you won't be doing this alone"
"Really" jack said taking some steps with his brows raised.
"Yes Jack, i have been studying your friends for a while and I have come to the conclusion that they are responsible children" she then face Kelvin, James and Michelle "and I think they be willing to save their earth" Kim added with a smile.
James who was silently the time the conversation went on blurted out "uhhh where is this going Mrs. J?"
"You guys are gonna team up to become Fire Saber Rangers" she stated
Kelvin leaning on the wall stood straight with his eyes wide open. He stared at the others who gazed at one another in awe.
Michelle suddenly broke the silence "I'm sorry Mrs. J but I need to be clear on this, what you're trying to say is that we" she made gesture pointing to everyone though it wasn't obvious "are gonna team up to battle against that ugly looking demon" She added.
With a nod, Kim answered "Yeah well not just him, but other minacs out there" she looked at their face as she couldn't fathom their thoughts "I know this must be hard for you to take in and it's okay if you are not willing" Kim still trying to explain was cut off by James who scoffed "are you kidding, it's amazing, I mean fighting villains"
"I agree with James, as a kid I have always wanted to help people, I don't know how" Michelle sighed as she was short of word, seeing this Kelvin decided to help.
"Speaking of how" He continued "how do we become rangers? i mean it's clear enough that Freddie being the chosen one definitely will have the instrument to fight" Kelvin said winking his fingers in the air to buttress his point "what of us"
"actually" Kim walked slowly towards the door that lead to the basement. She turned back and faced them with a smile on her face "that's a good question kelvin but your answer is right dwon this basement. you wanna know, follow me" She said before opening the door. The six teenage friends stared at one another dumbfounded. One after the other they walked towards the basement.
Kim took them down the basement and then led them up to a corner which was covered by a curtain. she unveiled the curtain making it known that a metal door was actually behind the curtain. Kim opens the door using the device placed on the door by inserting a password. The metal door automatically opens and they walked into the room.
The room seemed like it hasn't been operating as some devices were filled with dust. Kim takes a duster and she dusted some important things.
"as this always been here" Chloe wondered with her mouth wide open. All her life she has lived in this house, coming down to the basement every day she has never come across the metal door, talk less of the room. Jack unable to move stared at the room with disbelief.
Kim chuckled and said "yea, it's been a long time since i came down here, anyway welcome to your secret hideout. everything you need to know about being a rangers lies here" Kim gestured with her hands in the air.
The base has different features like computers, a big flat screen on the wall, different seat with different color like red, blue, black, yellow, gold, pink and white. Also it has two parts where one is used as a training ground while the second part is where things like water stand, coffee stand is placed.
Spotting a one of a kind system brand, Kelvin jumped towards it with a chuckle. Chloe and Michelle who loves fashion admired the chairs design; they both sat calmly on the seats both pink and yellow.
Kim coughed in other to get their attention "now back to your question, you need this saber disk and this wrist com to undergo a morphine sequence and also I will be communicating with you guys on this wrist com." Still speaking she walked towards a brown table picking up the brown box placed on it. She then took out set of wristcom inform of watches of the same color and disks of different color, distributing it to them one after the other.
"holey moley, i love this" James smiley said as he's amused by the disk, the wrist com and the secret hideout.
"But how do we use it? Michelle asked as she walked back to her seat with a furrowed brow.
Snapping her fingers, Kim replied "Good question! Now I'll show you how to enhance the morphing sequence" her eyes scanned the teenagers who were still fisting their eyes on their morphing devices. Suddenly she spotted Freddie gazing at her "Freddie! hand over your wrist com and the disk" she said stretching her right hand towards Freddie.
"huh, okay" Freddie replied before handing over the wristcom and disk to her.
Still trying to wear the wristcom on her left wrist, Kim asked "So guys, do you know what time it is?"
Taking out his iphone, he stared at it before replying "Uhnn, this is 12:30" Chloe also added "Yea, He's right"
Kim chuckled once again at their answer and said "That's not what I mean"
Freddie who was staring at his mom's action for some seconds instantly asked with a furrowed brow "Then what do you mean?"
"well what i meant to say was, It's morphine time, Activate Fire Saber disk"
Kim yelled out loud as she placed the disk at the back of her hand; immediately she threw the disk to the air and shockingly the disk spins in the air and later turned back and clicked on her watch only at the word "Engage"
"Fire Spin" After the engaging sequence, she used her right fingers to spin the disk on the watch which triggered 'red' fire round her throwing her into a morphine sequence.
After some seconds of transformation, Kim appeared to be The Fire Saber Red Ranger wrapped inside a colorful suit surprisingly without her glasses. "Fire saber ranger ready for action" Kim announced with a fighting stance.
"No way" jack cried out with his hand on his head. Chloe on the other hand exclaimed "Oh my God did you just" She stuttered pointing at her suit.
Bowing her head with her left hand on her tummy and her right on the air just like someone who just finished a performance on a stage "Yes I did" she smiley said.
James stared at Kim awkwardly, saying awkward things "holey crap, I eat too much I'm seeing things" His awkward words was a joke to Kim who bursted into laughter inside her suit.
Everyone including Kelvin, Michelle and Freddie said different things in different ways to express their amusement.
"Guys, for the record are we talking about actual fire saber rangers?" James once again stupidly asked winking his fingers in the air. James bauer is a cute looking guy and as well a funny one. Many people thought he just wanted to be a funny guy but no it's all in his nature, blood. Apart from being funny, James is also a professional basketball player. He together with jack and freddie plays for their school basketball team. Kelvin on the other hand doesn't seem interested in sports. He is solely into calculation and science stuff. Winning quiz and science competition, building or inventing from the scratch was his favorite thing.
"So guys try it out now, according to your disk" kim said as she tapped her watch and immediately she demorphed out of her uniform into her cloths. She wore a black jeans with a white blouse.
Freddie retrieved his disk and wristcom form Kim. The six teenagers then walked forward forming an horizontal lines. Just as they were about to engage into a morphine sequence, a sound blew out inside the room. Chloe looked around to know what speaker was blowing that sound but she couldn't find any. what she could tell was that the white light hanged on most corner started blinking into another color - red, which only meant one thing.
"Danger alarm" Kim yelled as she ran towards a system. The kids also walked towards her to find out what was going on.
"What's wrong, what's this sound all about" Freddie asked repeatedly with a brave but concern look.
Triangulating the location of the danger, Kim open her mouth with her eyebrows raised "oh my god, this is not good"

The Fire Rises
The forge shook. Not from tremors—but from a roar that came from within the earth. The kind that didn’t echo through stone or steel—but through bone.Freddie spun toward the collapsing platform as steam erupted from the cracks. “Get back—now!”The Rangers leapt across splitting bridges of metal as the forge floor crumbled like paper. Below, the chasm widened—and then the impossible happened. It rose.A behemoth, half-born of molten iron and pure fury. Its head brushed the ceiling. Its chest glowed with core-fire. Lava oozed from its shoulders and feet like venom, and its eyes were white-hot brands set into a crown of jagged ore.The Furnace Titan had awakened.Chloe gasped. “That thing’s a walking volcano!”The Access commander’s voice was grim. “We’ve fought monsters. But nothing like this.”Michelle tapped her saber against her palm, glaring upward. “Well, there’s a first time for everything.”Jack slammed his fist into his morpher. “Let’s call in the big guy.”Freddie nodded, raisi
Heat Beneath the Silence
Carlsville City simmered beneath a heavy, cloudless sky. Though the battle had long since ended, the scars of war still etched the streets—shattered walls, melted pavement, and towers blackened by fire. Yet in the stillness of dawn, there was an eerie peace. Birds dared to return. Wind stirred the broken flags. And far below the surface, something ancient rumbled with breathless anticipation. Atop the crumbled overlook of the old Forge District, Freddie stood alone, visor off, helmet cradled beneath his arm. The rising sun cast long shadows over his face, revealing eyes that hadn’t truly slept in days. Smoke curled lazily in the distance like ghosts whispering through a dying world. He could still hear it—the echo of Acterio’s voice. That monstrous, knowing laugh before his vanishing. That final, poisoned promise: “You’ve seen the beginning… but not the fire yet to come.” Freddie exhaled, slow and heavy. His grip on the helmet tightened. Behind him, soft boots clicked on loose g
Fire in the Ruins
The Fire Saber training site was a skeleton of what it had once been.Ash and rubble stretched for miles—buildings crumbled to their foundations, metal towers twisted into broken spears. Where once there had been hope, progress, and promise… now there was only silence. And beneath it all… power. The Rangers stood just outside the perimeter, the sky overhead stained orange from smoke drifting out of fresh cracks in the earth.Freddie adjusted his visor. “This is it. The pulse from the disk is strongest here.”Kelvin crouched beside a fractured slab of concrete, placing a gloved hand against it. “This whole place feels wrong. Like something’s breathing underneath us.”Michelle looked up. “Do you think this was their plan from the start? To bring us back here?”Jack nodded grimly. “It’s poetic. They were made here… and now they want to end it here.”“Not if we stop them first,” Chloe said, her voice sharp.Freddie stepped forward, drawing his saber. The others followed.Together, they cr
Descent into Flame
The night sky above Carlsville City glowed with strange flickers—distant flashes from below the surface, pulsing with unnatural rhythm. Beneath the crust of the earth, hidden far from the eyes of the world, the Rangers stood at the edge of a deep fissure. A massive metallic shaft—carved by ancient hands—spiraled down into blackness, guarded by a ring of dormant statues. Each figure bore a saber, and each was frozen in mid-motion, as if waiting for something… or someone. Chloe looked over the edge. “You sure this is the right place?” Freddie nodded, holding the alloy fragment Kim had given him. It pulsed faintly in his hand, glowing brighter the closer they stood to the pit. “It’s calling,” he said. “And it wants us to follow. Without another word, he leapt down into the dark. The others exchanged a glance, then dove after him—one by one. --- The fall was weightless, a strange spiral through dimensions. Lights flickered around them—echoes of old battles, ancient Rangers, and fo
Echoes of the Abyss
The road twisted and blurred past the windows of the speeding white Jeep. Inside, the atmosphere was grim. The moans of injured Rangers filled the silence between every bump in the dirt trail. Freddie clutched his ribs, his vision fuzzy. Blood trickled from a cut on his forehead, mixing with the sweat that rolled down his face. Kim kept her eyes on the road, one hand tight on the steering wheel, the other trembling. Her jaw was clenched, every muscle in her arms rigid with fear and fury. “I shouldn’t have let you go there,” she muttered under her breath. “Not without backup. Not with people like them.” Freddie leaned back against the headrest, grimacing. “We didn’t know they’d be that strong…” Chloe, seated in the back between Michelle and Jack, whispered, “He just… tanked the Saber Strike. Like it was nothing.” “No one’s ever done that before” James said, still dazed, his arm cradling a dislocated shoulder. “Except from Terryble…” “Terryble was an arrogant brute,” Miche
Shadows Beneath the Earth
The earth groaned. A low, unnatural rumble slithered through the bedrock beneath Auckland, a sound no human ear could hear—but one that spoke of ancient, slumbering power stirring awake. Deep in the heart of the subterranean crust, darkness writhed into shape. The air turned bitter cold, and the very stone seemed to recoil as a portal tore through reality like a jagged wound. With a crackling boom, it opened. The swirling vortex glowed with ominous pulses of crimson and black. It crackled and twisted like a storm in slow motion. From its depths, two sinister figures emerged—one cloaked in sleek red armor adorned with jagged edges, the other towering with a reptilian bulk, his green-scaled skin glowing like volcanic glass. Acterio stepped forward first, his blade already drawn, dragging its serrated edge across the cave floor with a metallic hiss. His lips curled into a hungry grin. “Alas…” he said, breathing in the dry, heavy air. “We’re finally here. The home of the Drago
