Julius Harris suddenly felt the earth shake beneath his feet. Everett's words weren't mere threats. They were a financial death sentence.

The "Vecredal High" apartment project was their biggest gamble to be able to stand alongside second-tier wealthy families, while also being an opportunity for them to catch the attention of first-tier wealthy families in Vecredal city.

However, with the cancellation of the project funding loan, that building would only become a pile of iron and concrete reminding everyone of their failure.
