The Noble Knights

" My lord, the captain of the guards has asked for the assistance of the knights." An informant spoke in the office where the lord of the territory was sitting.

" A pack of Wolfbats has invaded the village near the forest on the outskirts, the assistance of knights is required as the threat is far above what they can handle." The informant continued to speak, while the Lord of the territory didn't speak anything.

His eyes were tired and he conducted himself like a very serious man. He raised his hand signaling the informant to leave.

" My Lord, we must take quick action." A knight wearing a full body of silver armor spoke.

" Andrews, do whatever it takes to get rid of this issue." The Lord spoke." A miracle happened a few days ago and we were finally able to get rid of those bandits who were slaving people to another territory."

" The forest is also near that location, I believe that person who killed those bandits and also helped the freed slaves will also get involved again. No matter what, Wolfbats are not like bandits. Get rid of this threat before it threatens a good man." The lord didn't show any emotion on his face, neither panic nor sadness. " And, I hope you are smart enough to go meet that person and bring him to me after you get rid of those monsters."

" Yes, I understand master, I will see to it that there are no monsters left alive. I will also try to convince that person to have a meeting with you." Andrews bowed and then left the room of the lord.

' The territorial war is going to break out soon, I wonder how it will affect my citizens.' He clenched the quill in his hand and started to write a letter, ' I will not let this affect my people. I will do anything to allow my citizens to be able to live a good life.'

" Edwin, send this letter to the marquis BlueShield." The Lord said as he handed the letter to his butler. ' I will do anything, even if I lose my honor.'

3 days after the Lord had given orders Andrews with 50 other knights reached the nearby village of the forest.

" Noble Knight Andrews, I am pleased to meet you once again in good health. Thank you for coming to our aid." The knight commander greeted.

" I have come to Aid you captain, what's the status? Did you face any attacks from the beasts?"

" The beasts for some reason are not leaving the forest." The captain said. " They are gathering under a bigger Wolfbat."

" This is a much bigger issue then, they are going to launch a major attack." Andrews spoke." I might have arrived too late but fear not, we shall sacrifice our lives if that is what it would take to save others."

" That's reassuring, we would also like to assist. Please order us how you see fit, we would do anything for the lord."

" Gather your high-ranking officers, I will need you to explain every detail, you know and then we will formulate a plan in the same meeting as well."

Just as Andrews finished talking, he saw one of the guards coming in their direction.

" What happened?" The Gaurd captain asked, the guard looked scared, which panicked the guard captain.

' From the expression of this guard, he certainly has some very bad news to share. Things are just getting worse, may god help us become victorious in this battle.' Andrews thought and prayed before the guard was able to speak about what had panicked him this much.

" Captain, the Wolfbat are all encircled within a wall of blue flames, someone is fighting them."
