Graham’s face flushed red in an instant. “You filthy woman! Who are you calling insane?!”

His pride had been trampled, and his anger was desperate for a target.

SLAP!

A sharp crack echoed through the hall. His body flew to the floor.

Javon’s expression was cold as steel. “Say one more word.”

“You can challenge me,” his voice dropped, low, deadly, commanding. “But don’t ever touch my wife. Not even with your tongue.”

Graham staggered to his feet, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth. “You… hit me?”

He stared at Javon in disbelief, no one had ever dared lay a hand on a member of the Walker family. “You’ve gone mad! I’m from the Walkers! You slapped me? I’ll make sure your hand is severed tonight!”

He drew a dagger, shouting as he charged forward. But before he could even reach Javon, Eliana was already moving.

A flash of cold light sliced through the air.

SLASH!

The hand gripping the dagger flew free, spinning once before crashing onto the marble floor.

The Sect Master nodded. “Correct. This manual has five stages, Entry, Foundation, Insight, Mastery, and Perfection.”He began condensing his qi. A sharp aura surged from his dantian, rising violently through his meridians.“I’ve reached the Insight Stage. Normally, I sit at level six of the Newborn Soul Stage. But watch carefully.”His qi rise, rise, and kept rising. It stopped at level nine.“This is the power of the White Jade Manual, it forces a cultivator’s level to rise temporarily.”Javon frowned. “A jump of three levels? That’s insane.”“Indeed. But it’s temporary, and it comes with danger. Your body remains at its original strength. If your meridians aren’t strong enough, the backlash will tear you apart.”Javon muttered, “An incredible technique… but dangerous.”“Great power demands a price,” the Sect Master said, handing over the second book. “This is the White Jade Sect’s close-combat martial art. Created by the founder, and at full strength, it’s comparable to a secret tec

Sect Master studied Javon carefully. “Elder Queen, how did you come to know this senior?”“Senior?” Queen frowned. “He’s my little brother.”The Sect Master’s gaze sharpened. “Don’t joke with me. I can’t see the boundary of his cultivation. That means he stands above me.”“Just call me Javon,” Javon said plainly, clearly uncomfortable being addressed as senior by someone with gray hair. The Sect Master pressed his fists together in a respectful salute. “Mr Javon, forgive us for the inadequate welcome.”Javon returned the gesture lightly, without arrogance. The atmosphere of the room shifted instantly.“Elder Queen,” continued the Sect Master, “are you here to reclaim your position? If so, I will remove Gilbert immediately.”Queen shook her head. “No. I’ve come to give it up. I’ll be leaving for Mount Telavip with Javon.”“Mount Telavip?” The Sect Master’s eyes narrowed, as though she had uttered a forbidden name.Javon couldn’t understand why the elders reacted as if the place were a

After making sure Lina and her family were safe, Javon returned to Forger Villa. On the way back, he called Sherly, giving a brief explanation that the problem in Lina’s village was resolved. The moment he stepped into the living room, his body halted. A strange surge pulsed inside his dantian, like something was trying to burst open.“The Dragon Pulse Technique… is it about to break through?” Javon pressed a hand to his lower abdomen, his brows knitting. This time the speed was abnormal. Even after dual cultivation with Queen and the others, he had never felt a push this violent. Then something flashed in his mind, bedsheets, a trace of red.Elizabeth.“What are you thinking about?”Queen’s voice came from behind him. She walked closer, tilting her head. Javon explained honestly, not hiding a thing.Queen leaned back on the sofa. “The Dragon Pulse Technique is special. A dual cultivation with a virgin accelerates breakthroughs.”Javon froze. “So if I want to break through again, I ha

A few young men who had been lounging around shot to their feet. Hideo’s expression hardened instantly. “Who dares touch a project under the Himalaya family’s name?” he muttered, stepping out of the tent.“He’s a martial artist, Young Master,” the suited man babbled. “And he’s incredibly arrogant!”Hideo didn’t completely believe him, but he still walked. “Fine. I’ll take a look.”On the other side of the clearing, Javon crouched, staring down at Arkana, who writhed on the ground. “Pay,” Javon said. “Or not?”Arkana forced the words out despite the sweat pouring down his face. “If you’ve got the guts, kill me! This project isn’t just the Arkana family! Other major families are involved too! You’ll—”Crack!Javon stepped on his other foot. Arkana’s scream tore across the village just as Hideo arrived at the edge of the crowd. Denhard instinctively tried to cover Lina’s eyes, but the girl brushed his hand away.“Dad, relax… He’s our son-in-law,” she whispered with a mix of pride and awe

And then—The excavator stopped. Not because of its mechanics, not because the operator hesitated. It stopped because Javon held the entire eight-ton machine still with one hand. The ground trembled, the metal tracks smoked, but Javon didn’t move an inch.“Is your excavator broken?” the suited man stammered, panic rising in his throat.“I bought it just last week!” the operator cried, face ghost-pale.Dust rolled across Javon’s face. He brushed his hand aside, then—BANG!The excavator flew backward, flipped several meters, and landed upside down like a broken toy.Screams erupted, some people ran, some recorded on their phones. Others collapsed in shock.“H-he’s a martial artist!” someone shrieked.“That’s impossible! This isn’t TV!”The suited man swallowed hard, trying and failing to hide the terror twisting his features. “S-sir… I understand you’re a martial artist… but this is a government order—”Javon turned to him. “Three seconds. West Selvana Village. The sky above the village was gray, as if it understood something terrible was unfolding. In the wide clearing at the center of the village, a line of heavy machinery stood ready. Excavators growled like iron monsters, dust spiraling in the air.In front of one of them, a middle-aged man with a sun-burned, hardened face stood tall. “If you’re going to tear down my house,” he said, “run over me first.”Behind him, his home was half-collapsed. An elderly woman lay weakly on a bed reduced to just its frame, and a young girl stood at the doorway, Lina. Tears streamed down her cheeks, but her gaze was sharp as stone.“Father, don’t step back! This is our home!”The man in a suit leading the demolition team smiled with the arrogance of someone certain his authority would never be challenged. “Your house stands on government land, and you already signed the contract. Refusing now means breaking the law.”“That contract is fake!” Lina’s father snapped. “You changed the c
