Her fingers shaking as Doctor Pheebs walks to her.
"Do you consent in taking the decision to save your friend's life?" He asked her and she accepted.
"Alright, do you have any health complications?" He asked and she nodded a no before he took a sample of her blood where they ran a quick test in three minutes to see that she was a perfect match to donate for Nelson and she passed.
"Would he survive after this operation?" She asked.
"Certainly, your friend would be up and running with you in no time." The doctor urges her before the blood transfer to Nelson begins.
As soon as the right amount of blood was taken and given to him, he instantly began to recover but a sacrifice would always be a sacrifice.
Carina tried to sit up but she couldn't.
She tried to move her legs and they didn't move.
She felt frozen... Almost useless.
She became inflicted with a rare illness that fights the brain till it destroys it and makes her unable to move from where she had earlier laid to help him.
"Doctor Pheebs." Carina called while stock.
"Miss Carina, are you okay?" Doctor Pheebs asked as he paddled her patient bed next to that of Nelson.
Her gaze over him noticing how fasts his wounds were healing reminded her of the secrets Nelson had told her about him when they met years ago.
"I am not okay… Doctor , I can't move." Carina complains as the Doctor begins immediate blood tests to determine if she was healthy after the procedure.
"Oh God!" Doctor Pheebs sees the rare illness that occurs when the immune system lacks enough blood nutrients, it wasn’t a healthy practice for her.
"Carina, please don't be panicked, it seems you are going through a shut in syndrome… No… A shut Down syndrome, it occurs when the immune system is affected by various reactions causing a spring of attacks to various nerves forcing them to shut down... You would be needing a stimulant to recover otherwise death will be the final end." The doctor explains as Carina listens in shock.
"What kind of stimulant?" Carina asked.
"Well... it's a bit awkward to tell." Doctor Pheebs confesses.
"Doctor! My life is at stake here." Carina responds.
"Whilst all nerves are shut down, the only way to completely recover is to have sex numerous times, we can use a machine for that or you can invite your Boyfriend." Doctor Pheebs advises her.

"Well someone like Mr. Nelson could help, Atleasts you helped him out too, by now the prince should have completely recovered." Doctor Pheebs adds.
Doctor Pheebs had always treated Nelson whenever he got into fights or had an accident for free, this is why Nelson and Carina only trusted the Doctor since he had never tried to expose Nelson fasts healing abilities, although he had invested his life into understanding Nelsons blood and how he possessed such power in him.

"This contract was signed by my granddaughter when she first turned eighteen years of age, giving I - Her father the right to choose a husband for her, if you sign here, my granddaughter whom I assume you love will be yours." Mr. Walton informs Nelson whose eyes widened in surprise.
"Really? Elice would be mine?" Nelson asked cause it sounded like a dream come through for him.
"Yes! I accept!" Nelson said as he signed the contract.
His love again, Blinded him, he was madly in love with her.
"Awesome! I will leave you a car to bring you home for a proper introduction, here's your copy." Mr. Walton said as he walked out of the patient room.
Then Nelson gets up on his feet before Noticing the patient laid by his right hand side was Carina.
"Carina?" His heart Instantly Beats in shock as he rushes to check up on her.
"Doctor Pheebs!" Nelson calls seeing how Carina slept without reacting to his touches.
"Nelson, you were injured, dying... Carina's blood matched yours and she donated to heal you, sadly she reacted and got a rare illness that can't be cured with just ordinary drugs." Doctor Pheebs informs him.
"How much will her treatment cost? And what do you mean medicines won't really help?" He asked.
Doctor Pheebs then walks towards Nelson who moves back a bit noticing the Doctor's Charisma.
"They're two ways to help your friend; One is to either pay the sum of $1700,000 million dollars, which will involve the use of drugs that even in our hospital... are unavailable." Doctor Pheebs informs him.
"I don't have that kind of money." Nelson panicks.
