“T-the H-heavenly Dragon Card…” Boyd’s eyes widened instantly, his voice trembling unconsciously.
The surrounding crowd immediately exploded into chaos. They could not believe their eyes.
“What?!”
“That’s impossible!”
“The Heavenly Dragon Card?!”
Several people stared at the black gold card with burning eyes. The Heavenly Dragon Card was the absolute symbol of supremacy within the Nine Dragons Group. In the entirety of Cloud City, only two people were publicly known to possess it.
One of the two holders was Isaac Rutherford, and the other was equally as powerful as Isaac Rutherford.
Anyone holding the Heavenly Dragon Card was definitely among the most powerful figures in Cloud City!
Cameron’s face was twisted, and it was unknown if it was from pain or shock, or maybe both.
Lisa’s eyes had turned bloodshot as her mind raced, and even Amelia’s eyes were filled with disbelief. She stared at the black gold card in Sebastian’s hand with shock flashing across her beautiful eyes.
She looked at Sebastian and thought her eyes were playing tricks on her. Sebastian was just a lowly soldier. How could he possibly possess such a thing?
The magnificent lobby was silent, as all of them were stunned. However, Boyd suddenly narrowed his eyes. His shocked expression slowly disappeared, and he laughed coldly.
“How bold of you!” Boyd sneered as he pointed at Sebastian mockingly.
The atmosphere froze slightly as the crowd became confused.
“Manager Boyd, what do you mean?” Lisa asked, frowning in confusion.
“The Heavenly Dragon Card is a card that is personally issued by Mr. Rutherford himself.” Boyd pointed at Sebastian triumphantly. “There are only two in existence in the entire city, and I know both owners. Yet, this man wants me to believe he owns one?”
“Look at him. He’s just a lowly soldier that doesn’t even have a rank.” His gaze swept over Sebastian’s ordinary military uniform disdainfully. “How can he possibly possess something so exclusive?”
There was a brief moment of silence, then the crowd became rowdy.
“That’s true!”
“How could a soldier possess such a card?”
“He must have forged it! How devious of him!”
“Hahaha! I almost got fooled by you!” Cameron burst into laughter again. He struggled to stand while clutching his aching knee. “You really dared to forge the Heavenly Dragon Card? You’re begging to be destroyed!”
The surrounding guests instantly looked at Sebastian with ridicule and contempt in their eyes. Their brief shock and awe from earlier had vanished completely.
“I knew something was wrong. How could a mere soldier like him know someone like Isaac Rutherford?” A woman in a luxurious fur coat snickered openly.
“This fool probably found a fake card online and thinks he can deceive us with it. How audacious of him!” Another man laughed mockingly.
“I already said he was nothing but a fraud.” Lisa crossed her arms, a satisfied smile playing on her lips. There was no way Sebastian was holding the real deal!
Amelia remained silent, but disappointment flashed across her eyes. For a brief second earlier, she had actually wondered if she had misunderstood Sebastian. Now, she felt ridiculous for even considering it.
“Hand over the fake card immediately.” Boyd ordered as he extended his palm coldly. “Forging the Heavenly Dragon Card is a serious crime, and I’ll make sure you regret trying to fool me for the rest of your miserable life.”
As he finished, several security guards instantly stepped forward aggressively. They looked extremely brutal and gave off a ferocious vibe. They seemed more like bloodthirsty soldiers instead of security guards.
However, when faced with their murderous aura, Sebastian remained completely unfazed. He had seen mountains of corpses and rivers of blood. Their murderous aura was merely a joke to him.
“Is this how the Nine Dragons Pavilion conducts business?” His cold eyes landed on Boyd. “I’ve already shown you my card, yet you want to throw me out anyway. You didn’t even bother to confirm if my card is real or not. Are you sure you can bear the consequences of such actions?”
“What consequences? Are you still pretending?” Boyd sneered. “A very distinguished guest will be coming very soon, and I won't have someone as ignorant as you causing a scene when they get here.”
“Guards, throw him out right now!” Boyd ordered coldly.
The guards immediately moved to obey his order, but when they laid their eyes on Sebastian, they hesitated slightly. For some reason, the coldness in Sebastian’s eyes made their hearts tighten unconsciously.
“What are you all waiting for?!” Cameron immediately roared angrily. “Throw this trash out!”
The guards gritted their teeth and prepared to move. However, at that exact moment, a phone suddenly rang throughout the silent lobby.
Sebastian calmly pulled out his phone and answered the call without even glancing at the caller ID.
“Yes?” His voice was calm and indifferent.
The crowd stared at him mockingly, thinking he was still trying to put on an act.
“You’re still pretending at a time like this?” Cameron sneered coldly. “Fine! Let’s see how long he can pretend for.”
Meanwhile, inside the luxurious top-floor office of the Rutherford Group, Isaac Rutherford personally held his phone nervously.
Behind him stood several executives with lowered heads, not daring to breathe loudly.
“Lord Helios,” Isaac said respectfully, “have you arrived at the Nine Dragons Pavilion yet?”
“I have arrived, but it seems like your subordinates don’t intend to let me in.” Sebastian glanced coldly at Boyd and the others.
The moment those words were uttered, Isaac Rutherford’s face turned deathly pale, and a terrifying pressure instantly erupted from him, making the surrounding executives tremble in fear.
‘Someone offended Lord Helios?! At the Nine Dragons Pavilion?!’
‘But I gave him the Heavenly Dragon Card!’
Isaac’s scalp went numb immediately. If Sebastian were angered, there was no telling what would happen!
“Lord Helios, please don’t be angry! I will handle this personally right away!”
“You have five minutes.” Sebastian replied coldly, and then he hung up.
“You even know how to put on an act now.” Boyd laughed, then his expression became vicious again. “You almost fooled me.”
“That’s right. There’s no way Mr. Rutherford would speak to him like that," Cameron sneered. How could someone like Sebastian possibly know Isaac Rutherford? He had nearly scared himself stupid for nothing.
He pointed directly at Sebastian. “Throw him out immediately!”
Just as the guards moved to throw Sebastian out, the sharp sound of high heels suddenly echoed throughout the magnificent lobby. The sound was crisp and rhythmic, instantly drawing everyone’s attention.
Soon, a breathtakingly beautiful woman walked through the magnificent lobby of the Nine Dragons Pavilion.
She wore a gorgeous black dress that perfectly accentuated her mature and curvaceous figure. Her long legs were wrapped in sheer black stockings beneath a luxurious wool coat, while her wavy dark hair cascaded elegantly behind her shoulders. Every step she took carried a cold and imposing aura.
The moment Boyd saw her, his face turned deathly pale. Cameron’s arrogant expression froze instantly, and even the surrounding crowd subconsciously held its breath.
This was because the gorgeous woman was none other than Victoria Sterling, the executive president of the Nine Dragons Group and one of Isaac Rutherford’s most trusted confidants!

Quide’s words had barely left his mouth when Sebastian’s expression changed."The Rose Corporation is being attacked?"Quide's smile widened, mistaking the question for concern. "That's right. Your precious fiancée is watching her company burn as we speak. A faint crease appeared between his brows, and the indifferent calm in his eyes turned extremely cold.He had no love for Amelia, at least not yet, but she was still his fiancée. She was the woman his father had chosen for him, so she was under his protection, whether she knew it or not.“Boys, finish him!” Quide ordered coldly as he cracked his neck, the scar on his face twisting. “Break his legs slowly. The words hung heavily in the air, and for a brief moment, the entire pharmacy went silent. They both stared at Sebastian with shock, then the pharmacist snapped.“What nonsense!” the pharmacist snarled, his face flushing red with anger. “Do you have any idea what you’re saying?!”His voice rose sharply, breaking the tense silence as he glared at Sebastian with unbridled hostility“Who do you think you are? How dare you interrupt a consultation and spout such baseless claims?”“My claims are not baseless.” Sebastian replied coolly, but his indifference only made the pharmacist more furious.“You ignorant fool!” he barked angrily. “Do you even understand the least thing about medicine? Or are you just talking to hear your own voice?”Evelyn remained silent, but her expression had grown colder. Her sharp eyes rested on Sebastian, studying him carefully. There was no arrogance or attempt to show off in his attitude, only certainty.“On what basis are you making that claim?” Evelyn finall

The morning light filtered through the panoramic windows of the Rose Corporation headquarters, casting a soft glow across Amelia’s spacious office, with a view of the bustling city stretching endlessly beneath her.Amelia stood by the window with her arms folded, a cold and distant expression on her face. Behind her, Lisa sat comfortably on a plush sofa, a steaming hot cup of coffee in her hand as she spoke with a confident and dismissive tone.“I’m telling you, Amelia, you’re overthinking it,” Lisa said, waving her hand dismissively. “Sebastian? He’s just an ordinary soldier. There’s absolutely no way someone like him owns a card like that.”Amelia didn’t respond immediately.
