Jasmine had finished eating breakfast. She took advantage of the fact that her clothes and accessories were spread out and selected a swimsuit, sunglasses, and a hat to go to the beach.

As she was bending down to pick up the bottle of sunscreen, Liz reappeared to continue scolding her.

“Where do you think you’re going?”

“I’m too white, I need to get a little color.” Jasmine shook off the sunscreen.

“You’re aware and well-remembered of what I said earlier, correct?” Liz positioned herself at the door, preventing her daughter from leaving.

“Yes, Yes, Yes. The plan is canceled.”

The indifference in Jasmine’s voice made Liz suspicious. “Jasmine, I’m serious. You left me very disappointed with the way you handled the plan. Let’s pray that everyone forgets what happened.”

“Do you think people will forget so easily, especially the Borges fam

Days later, she’ll receive a summons to appear in court.”Vanda laughs heartily, “He, he, he! I’m going to make blackberry pie because I’m so happy! Son, our plan is

That was a truth she refused to accept.Karl pressed further. “But guess what? Now that Matt is no longer the president of the conglomerate, he doesn’t need to be married to you anymore!”Elaine looked at him in horror.“So that’s why you didn’t waste any time reclaiming your position?” she asked, voice trembling.Karl stared back with cold indifference, as though she weren’t even worth an explanation.<

He didn’t even deny it when we confronted him.”Jackson stood nearby, equally disturbed. “It’s sick, man. That ‘accident’ was meticulously staged by Vicente to frame me. And now that my father’s revealed his identity, Uncle Vicente is going to try and add him to the list of suspects.”“Oh, for sure,” Jackson said. “But your theory makes sense. When it happened, he
