“And show some respect!” He was stern.

Casey scoffed and rolled her eyes at Erica as she drew a few steps back and yanked her hand from his grip.

“Is this because of her? Because last time I checked, she was the enemy and married to the assaulter named Jeremy” She rolled her eyes as she spoke contemptuously about her.

“You're crossing your boundary, Casey…” Aidan drawled.

“Boundary you say? Isn't it the same you that kissed me a couple of weeks ago or was that just a ploy to get Eileen treated by me in secret” She scoffed and adjusted the tiny black cross-body bag she held.

Eileen’s eyes popped wide open as she couldn't comprehend what she just heard. She leaned forward from the sofa and what Casey said annoyed the living daylight out of her.

“Casey…” Aidan drawled her name slowly as he let go of Erica. “You're walking on thin ice”
