At a coffee shop, a familiar elegant figure could be seen trying to ponder something.

Elizabeth had not seen anything that would help her get Rachel back from Nathan, so it was not ideal for her to take it upon herself to try to pull her daughter back by force.

“I don't know if it is the fake love he is giving her, but I need to find a way to make sure that I bring her back here. Even if Kelvin and his father don't see it as the normal way of doing things, I will make sure that there is nothing going to make it a fuss!”

The woman hadn't taken a hint from all the danger signs her husband was trying to show her, it was no use even getting him to see things the way she did.

“I can't think of anything that would help me out…” She was feeling defeated knowing that there was a high chance of her losing everything she had been working hard for and there was no way anyone would be able to help her get it back.

“So you still don't know what you can do to get her back in your house?”

Rachel was still trying to make sure that there was no way for anything to go wrong, and she wasn’t going to lose anything in the long run again while waiting for Elena to come back to the picture. She had done more work than the others in the company and proved that she was a force to be reckoned with, and it was something beyond beautiful. She was dedicated to making sure things were kept in order. ‘I don’t even know how I am going to keep things from falling apart. I need to make sure no one is going to leave the company.’ She didn’t even know what she was trying to get herself into; the workload was something she would try to get used to and look for a way to work around so nothing would even make it remotely hard for her to be able to handle the work that would come their way. “I see you are working as hard as you can…” A lady’s voice said from the door. Rachel was too focused on making sure things would go well that she didn't leave anything unturned until she was done. Sh

Nathan bumping into Wilson wasn't part of his morning plan; he didnt want to do anything that would bring him closer to having another jaw in his hand. “Mr. Wykes, I wanted to let you know that there were things I would need you to take care of, and then we would start to talk about the development of a certain code that would place us far from the other competitors.” Wilson was trying to ensure that nothing would hold Nathan to him; there was something about the whole issue. He was trying to put him on a spiral and make sure he would get him down on the rigs. There wasn’t a thing he could do to shake Nathan; it was not even clear how it was possible for someone that strong to be in the North. Nathan knew what he was trying to do and why he was even thinking of it, but then there was nothing he could do about it at the moment. “So you need me to check the list for potential competitors who would be a problem for the company, and then I would look for a way to make sure that they

The four men were manhandled, all of them were beaten down and wounded almost like they had hit a train and it shattered their bones, they were not in the shape to keep fighting. The only thing that happened to Nathan was that his clothes were a bit ruffled after the attack. “So Wilson sent ya?” He turned to one of the men who lay on his right-hand side. “And you were planning on sending weak frail me back to Caldor on a stench? I was not sure I heard you well but I think you need more help now.” Nathan in a sarcastic tone wanted to make sure that they would see they were not even a clear match for him and they were going to get taken down. ‘I knew he didn't trust me, but I also want to know why he would think sending unfed warriors to come take me down would be such a good idea.’ Nathan shrugged, he had dealt with them in under five minutes landing bone-shattering strikes on each of them. He even managed to bend one of their metal bats with his hand. He turned when he felt a f

Once the office was closed that day, Nathan wanted to make sure he would update Liu on what had happened and what he was to expect. He knew no one was going to get the mind or heart to follow him so he wasn't worried about being tailed but he was worried that they would do something a bit off if he was not careful with how he was watching them. He brought out his phone and dialed Liu, it didnt take up to three rings and Liu picked up. “Nathan, or should I call you Barry Wykes?” “Yeah, I have been wondering why you chose that kind of name for me? You couldn't look for something more sophisticated, and you ended up giving me a name that looks like a witch’s curse.” “Oh come on, you should give me perks like I did try,” “Yes you tried, you tried to turn me into some kind of cursed soul with that hell of a name you decided to give me!” Nathan was rubbing his scalp, trying to think of what he was going to do to get back at Liu later. It was then he realised that he hadn't told him wh

Nathan didn’t want to take much time there; he was still snooping around, but then he could see that the entire company was working like they had their lives on the line. Each center was busy, each phone was attended to, and each post had a man trying to make sure they would get things through. ‘It’s still the same, I wonder what they are doing here to make it…’ Nathan turned; he sensed it again. The ominous killing intent, he knew that there was someone there who didn’t like what he was doing or that he had been put there, so he was trying to make sure that he was going to take him out of the picture, even if it meant killing him. His eyes were going round the offices, but he didn’t see or spot anyone who would fit the criteria; he didn’t want to start picturing things that weren’t there in the first place. ‘Whoever this is, they must have some kind of insane control of their presence.’ “Mr. Wykes, right?” A voice came from behind Nathan. He paused his train of thought and tur

“Why do you think he brought that man here? What was he thinking? There is no way for that man to even do half the work we do here or even get far.” Nathan stood by the doorway. He could hear the other partners gossiping about him, but then that wasn’t what he was there to hear or even listen to. He was trying to make sure that he would find out what the main thing was that made the workers have so much killing intent towards Liu. He knew that he was there to find out what was trying to tear the company down, and he was also advised to keep it down until he was sure that it was something that needed him to use his anger for. ‘They don’t do much work around here. I wonder why this feels like they normally slack off and don’t pay attention to their work. Maybe that’s why there was a breach on the stocks,’ Nathan thought to himself as he was about to step back in. “But you know, if anything, he is only going to be a fool in this game we are playing.” Nathan stood there, he was sho
