The receptionist was as shocked as Jace; the youth in front of her actually had the talent?, She knew his parents were Mortals from the record she went through when she was registering his name earlier. Now, he didn't only  have the talent, he awoken one of the rarest Elemental Attributes.

Jace was also staring at the System as Ding after Ding went off in his head.

●Lightning Blink : An improved version of the Spark Steps. Host now has the ability to teleport short distances, leaving a clap of thunder behind.

Note : Host can only use this skill once a day at his current rank. Cultivate to a higher rank to be able to use it for a longer period.

Host also has the ability to create new skills through training and meditation.

The progress of the lifetime goal made Jace's lips twitch a little; he was finally able to awaken an element and he only progressed by .01%?.

But, he was really excited; his mana and perception were finally open and he could actually feel the spiritual energy in the atmosphere. It almost felt like he could get stronger just by breathing. The skills he got though, his hands were itching to try them out. Although he was a little disappointed to see that there wasn't an attack style skill like the one he saw the kid use earlier. But the system did say he could create his own skill.

The new quest too, that was already a given, he wanted to apply for the Academy and get stronger as soon as possible. The time frame and the penalty for failure though; he didn't know the system was that strict.

"Here, this is a guide on how to convert the spiritual energy into mana. There are some basic skills there too. You should study them and don't forget to try to apply for an admission in the academy. And remember,  you are still a low level Awakened though so you can't just go wandering out of the town green zone and into the forest to hunt Demonic beasts or anything of the sort. The red zone is only accessible to experienced Awakeneds who already signed a contract with the Chief." ; the receptionist said as she rattled off some rules he had to abide by as he was now an Awakened. For one, he couldn't go out of the green zone and into the red zone...that was more for his own safety than a rule though. He also couldn't use his Elemental Attribute on defenseless mortals unless it was absolutely necessary.

The receptionist went to a book shelf and rummaged through it for a while before finally picking a strange looking book. She then handed him the book covered with delicate snake like patterns. It was a guide on cultivating the lightning element.

"Also, once you've cultivated the Lightning Elemental Attribute to the Peak of Rank 1, you can come back to test for another Elemental Attribute; Although it's not that common, Awakeneds can awaken more than one Elemental attribute. I wish you the very best, Mr Jace." The receptionist ended everything with a smile as she ushered him out of the room. Thanking her, Jace peeked into the training room as they passed by again,  although he could only see the female figure, still sitting in the same spot she was at earlier. He couldn't see the boy though.

Finally out of the building, Jace made sure he was quite far from the building as he held the book forward and stared at it.

'Inventory'. Immediately he thought about the inventory, the book disappeared and a new notification appeared.

Seeing the notification, Jace's jaw almost dropped again; he could learn the skills in the guide book with the help of the system?, he didn't need to start reading through?. The system was indeed over powered.
