Kate laydown on the hospital bed unconsciously, as the machine next to her sounded repetitively. In her nose was an oxygen support to aid her breathing, while her hand was pierced and connected to a pipe that conveys both red and white liquid into her body.

The room was filled with doctors who were seriously trying all they could to revive her, but their facial expression seems like all efforts they were putting was going down the drain.

" Hey, doctor how's she doing ? " Dickson who was seated at the waiting room, quickly stood up to approach one of the doctor who just exited the operation room.

" Answer me ! " He said when the doctor paused and stared at him like all hopes was lost .

" Mr Dickson, the state of her condition is so critical. We are trying all we need to do to revive her, but there's one more step to take. We need to conduct an operation to take out the bullet that was shot directly to her heart." The doctor said
