Upon hearing what Jason just said, the entire room fell into stunned silence.

Then—Laughter followed.

Sharp, mocking, disbelieving laughter.

“Hah!” One of them scoffed. “What did he just say?”

The guest exchanged glances, their expressions a mix of amusement, irritation, and sheer disbelief.

Another one folded his arms, shaking his head with a smirk of pure disdain.

Someone else snorted loudly.
