I asked for an audience with the king and was immediately granted it after my identity as the personal maid of the crown prince was revealed. I entered passing the guards and entering the king’s courtroom.
The king asked me “ Grace what is the important matter that requires such an urgent impromptu audience with me” I bowed and replied to his majesty “Your highness the young master had taken one of the incognito dresses that he owns and I suspect that he might be heading to town in disguise.”
I noticed the king frown and say “This is a state matter that requires the utmost confidential seal. This must not be leaked for any reason to our enemies. Inform the ninja squid to investigate and look after Richard. Under no reason should he return hurt”
Gerald/Richard’s Pov
After asking the directions to the adventurer guild, I found the large adventure guild building and entered it noticing so many people drinking alcohol. I went near the lady that looked like a receptionist and she asked me “What can I do to help you”
I said “I am here to register as an adventurer “She looked surprised to see me say that I was there to register as an adventurer. She asked me “How old are you?” since there is an age restriction you might not be able to register as an adventurer” I replied that I was 16 yrs old. She once again looked surprised but instructed me to keep my hand on a crystal ball. When I reluctantly kept my hand on the crystal ball, I was surprised to see the color of the crystal ball change to green. She nodded and said to me “the crystal ball would change to green when the person who touches it is not a criminal and is 16 yrs or older or else it would change to red.”
She declared “You are now an official F-rank Adventurer who has the chance to become XXX rank and you should have got the job adventurer. If you had another job before you could command from your mind to change your main job to adventure, it would increase your luck in getting rarer loot.”

This mission will be the hardest mission I have ever got. I asked the receptionist where the request board is and she pointed to a board that had the title “F rank missions” pinned with papers. I went to the board and searched for a monster hunting notice and after a few minutes search, I finally found one. It had a request to kill 100 horned rabbits that were troubling the village and bring their ears to the receptionist.
I tore the notice from the F rank mission board as was the protocol unless more than 1 person could apply for the mission, this was according to the memories I received. I took the notice and gave it to the receptionist who confirmed whether I wanted to take a hunting quest as my 1st mission. I nodded and she sighed before giving me the location of the village I should go to complete the mission.
I managed to get a ride on the way to the village I was going to. After I got off the ride, I noticed that the place was empty of people and filled with rabbits with horns on their heads. So this is the so-called horned rabbits, time to check their stats.”Analysis”

I thought ‘it seems that I can level up my skills by usage. These rabbits will be easy to defeat but first let me change my main job to an adventurer.’ So I thought ‘Kronos, change my main job to an adventurer.’

I started rapidly punching the horned rabbit and its health gauge declined to 0 the horned rabbit dropped Rabbit meatx2, Rabbit’s hornx1, and rabbit’s earsx1. I asked Kronos whether it has an inventory function.

That would work and I put the items into the inventory and started killing as many rabbits as possible. After I killed 10 horned rabbits in total, I received the notification:-

I managed to kill 100 horned rabbits after a tedious and lengthy period of hunting. I had a satisfied face after looking at the 100x Rabbit’s ears. I think it’s time to catch another bumpy ride back to the adventure guild.
A few minutes later
I got down from the ride and entered the guild. The receptionist looked at me and gave me a knowing look and said “Do not worry there are always easier tasks for young people like herb gathering.”I smiled at her and said, “I completed the task.”She asked me “Come again.”I repeated, “I said that I had completed the task.” The receptionist looked at me in shock and asked me “where are the rabbit’s ears then.”
So that was the problem, I replied that I would show it a more private place. She nodded and took me to a place that looked like a good examining area. I asked her “Do you buy rabbit meat and rabbit’s horn.” She nodded and I went to the inventory and press the release button of the 100 rabbit ears in one place and the 200 rabbit lumps of meat and horns in total in another place. Everybody looked surprised at me after seeing the sudden appearance of items out of nowhere.
Then the receptionist asked “You have the missing skill “Inventory.” I have only heard about this skill in legends. This is the 1st time I have seen this legendary skill”

Chapter 20- A new Job, 2 New Titles, and a Rare Monster Drop
After deciding the monster that I would be fighting, I focused on creating the strongest Magic we were taught “Fire Tornado”. It was a 3rd rank Spell but with the help of the Pure Magic Affinity I have, its strength was increased to a 4th Rank Spell which I call “Pure Fire Tornado”.By the way, the ranks signify the level of the stats. Since I had 7000 Mana and Int, I should theoretically be able to use Rank 70 Magic but according to the NPC Richard’s Memory, the highest Rank spell is 10. This Rank 10 Spell is a one of kind Magic that was developed by a Sage( who didn’t have the Sage job but was called a Sage due to his strength and knowledge ) and had gathered dust in the treasury of some country since nobody

I looked at the time of the watch I was wearing and noticed that I could make it in time to attend the last class that would be done by Kakashi Sensei. I ran as fast as possible with the help of wind magic that I had learned from Ms. Arabelle who was teaching us Wind Magic. Due to the speed at which I was traveling, I could not stop in time to prevent bumping into Kakashi Sensei who was about to enter the class.Kakashi Sensei was quite surprised to be bumped by somebody.
