Elsie led them into her apartment, her sleeping son in her arms. He must have been so tired and stressed out from traveling that day.

She could understand, she felt tired and sleepy too but she had to stay awake and attend to her unexpected visitors.

She could feel Jayden's eyes on her but she refused to look back. Or was it on her or on the boy she had called his son?

She kept asking herself why she had been so hasty to say that the first time. Why did she not just try to settle the fight first and then explain to jayden later that he had a son?

She wished she could get to talk to him in private, just him without his two bodyguards but she doubted the possibility of that ever happening that night.

Maybe if she was lucky, he would ask them to meet up the next day and discuss. But as for that night, he definitely could not leave his people out in the night just because of her.

She handed one to Jayden and then sat herself down with the other one in her hand.Taking a sip of the semi sweet smoking liquid, she let out a soft sigh and looked up at him. "So I know you must have questions for me. I am listening." Jayden picked up the cup and took a sip from the content inside. He felt the warm liquid slid down his throat and he almost exhaled from the feeling of relaxation that followed. So it really did work and it even worked wonders!
