The Return of Jason Hilton

Chapter 12

"What, who are you to judge me like that?" Alexa growled, she was getting annoyed, her face turning red as she was about to walk over to Jason.

"Shut your mouth or I'll rip it out! You're just a poor beggar, don't you think this is all a joke?" Alexa warned Jason before she finally went to pick out the car she liked. She walked away with her original attitude on display.

Seeing Jason sigh, he didn't care what Alexa said, even though it was a warning.

While Jason was picking out a scooter, he saw Sean and Alexa picking out the most beautiful and expensive car. It was a red Lamborgini Aventador. Alexa looked so happy and excited. "Thank you baby, you got me my wish." Alexa said. Sean answered her calmly. "It's your gift and you deserve it."

The couple looked so harmonious that Jason frowned when he saw him and looked at him coldly, trying to forget all the bad memories with Alexa. Even though Sean was his cousin, their relationship was not so good, especially after Jason found out that his ex-girlfriend's fiancé turned out to be Sean from the Clooney family.

When Sean and Alexa noticed Jason looking at a scooter, they approached him and taunted him.

"Better close your eyes and not look at our harmony if you don't want to be jealous?" Alexa smiled at Jason.

"This scooter is perfect for you, brother! Do you have the money to pay for it? Don't hold me responsible for your scooter purchase, brother." Sean sneered, looking down at the scooter Jason had chosen.

In response to all this Jason sighed and fell silent, he didn't say anything to answer all their questions. Jason ignored them and tried to ride the electric scooter under the assumption that they were not next to him.

At that time, Jason tried to start the scooter and took a few steps.

Sean and Alexa were angry, they felt ignored. "Did that beggar not answer our question? Did he ignore it?" Alexa smiled bitterly, not expecting that Jason would dare to treat her that way.

"That's right, how dare Jason Hilton, a poor single man, ignore Sean Clooney, one of the best families in Newton Hill. He needs to feel the consequences." Sean grumbled in annoyance. He walked up to Sean and kicked the scooter Jason was riding with his left foot until it crashed into another luxury car.

The shop owner saw this and walked over to Sean, looking angry and scolding him. "What did you do to that luxury car? Did you just turn it into a junk car?" The shopkeeper frantically stroked the luxury car and saw how much it was scratched by Jason's scooter.

"I didn't do it on purpose sir, someone behind me pushed it so I couldn't control my scooter." Jason defended himself, looking confused and feeling innocent. He looked back and saw Sean and Alexa smiling as they saw Jason get hit. Jason knew it was Sean who had intentionally pushed him from behind.

Jason didn't think his cousin would go out of his way to make fun of him.

With a dismissive smile, Sean spoke to Jason. "Did you just hit a luxury car? OOO... You're definitely going to have to replace it, my friend, and if you don't have any money, your life is on the line." Sean sneered.

He was glad to see that Jason was getting the short end of the stick and that he was in big trouble. What was Jason going to use to make up for all his losses? Certainly not a small amount of money.

After taking a good look at him, the showroom owner bared his fangs, his voice shrill and loud enough to make Jason swallow hard. "You must take responsibility for this luxury car! You must buy it at a high price!" The shop owner shouted loudly.

Hearing that, Jason fell silent, clenching his hands tightly. "Damn, this is all Alexa and Sean's doing." He muttered to himself. He wanted to blame them, but surely the shop owner would trust them more than him.

"How much will I have to pay for all this, sir?" Jason asked quietly, his expression flat and calm even though he was facing a big problem.

"The Lamborghini Aventador is worth a billion dollars. And you have to buy it as compensation."

"Compensation? A billion dollars?" Jason thought, covering his mouth with his hand. He had to pay a fine of such fantastic value, he looked shocked and confused.

Alexa and Sean laughed with satisfaction when they heard this. "Wow, what a fantastic amount! What is he going to pay it with? Paying with his life isn't enough."

"I don't know, Jason will definitely be very confused when he hears this fantastic amount. Don't let him borrow the compensation money from me or my father." Sean explained his worries to Alexa  But if all that happened, then Sean would not stay silent and let her pay for it herself.

"Haha, he'll definitely get arrested by the police because he can't pay! Who will give him that much money?" Alexa laughed.
