The next day, after receiving an address from Mr. Don Alexander, Jason left the man's residence early in the morning. The morning air was still cold as he stepped out of the gate of the mansion.

Before leaving, Mr. Don had offered him a special gift as a token of gratitude, but Jason politely declined. It was already a necessity for Jason.

After a long walk, Jason arrived in the bustling downtown area. The streets were filled with vehicles. And Jason's mind was on the journey he had to make to the city of Soutles, which was thousands of miles away from the city of Newton Hill. How would he get there faster if he walked?

Jason needed a vehicle and went to a well-known showroom in the town of Newton Hill.

As he stepped out to select some electric scooters, he was suddenly confronted by a tall, muscular man.

"What's a beggar like you doing here? Go away! We don't accept donations." A security guard stopped Jason and blocked his way.

Jason's steps stopped, he looked up to see him questioningly. "I'm going to buy an electric scooter and I'm not asking for a donation, sir." Jason explained calmly.

"Buying an electric scooter? Really? Or are you here to steal an electric scooter?" The man looked at Jason sarcastically, a suspicious look on his face. In fact, he looked at him from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet and raised his eyebrows slightly. "I'm not sure you can afford it, considering your alarming appearance. What will you use to pay for the electric scooter?"

Jason let out a long sigh, trying to calm himself, ignoring the guard. "With money, of course." Jason started to growl. The guard was so presumptuous and dared to treat him badly. Although the money Jason had was only enough to buy an electric scooter, he was not too bad to be a beggar.

"You better stop talking nonsense! Get out of here or will I drag you out of here?" His words were threatening. The guard angrily pointed a small piece of wood he always carried at Jason's chin.

Jason slowly waved his hand to get rid of the little piece of wood pointed at him. He replied in a low tone, trying to remain calm. "Speak politely to a customer, sir, or else? This shop owner will fire you?"

"Fire me? That's impossible, you don't make jokes here, beggar! Just save all your energy!" The security guard said, smiling weakly. He wasn't afraid of Jason's warning at all.

Who would trust a shabby-looking man to fire an employee? That would be a strange thing.

At the same time, a man and a woman got out of their luxury Mercedes Benz E-class car. The woman was dressed in a sexy outfit with a tight miniskirt and a tank top that exposed the woman's navel. Jason gasped at the sight of someone he recognized. "Alexa?"

Jason didn't take his eyes off her.

He entered the showroom accompanied by a similarly fashionable Sean. The security guard quickly met them, bowed and greeted him. "Sir, you may choose any luxury car you wish." He said with a bow and a friendly expression.

Jason watched from a distance and shook his head slowly. "How can she treat a customer differently?" He muttered in annoyance, folding his arms around his waist.

Alexa walked in and saw several cars, she turned to Jason and noticed his presence. "Jason Hilton?" Her eyebrows raised slightly in surprise. "What are you doing here?" She asked curiously and her look was dismissive.

Sean came over and said, "Right, surely you just see all these cars in front of your eyes without being able to own them, right?" Sean chuckled and looked at Jason dismissively.

Jason walked over to him and spoke softly. His lips smiled slightly as he began to speak. "I'm going to buy a scooter, so I don't think I won't buy something here!" Jason explained.

Immediately Alexa and Sean laughed at Jason's words. "A scooter? Yes, you deserve to buy a scooter for your trip Jason!" Sean laughed at Jason while holding his stomach.

Alexa also laughed. "You only have enough money for one scooter? I bet you can't even afford a car, even if it's so cheap?" Alexa couldn't stop herself from laughing at Jason. A few people there saw her, and she became the center of attention.

Someone whispered softly. "That beggar is so annoying. Why didn't the guard throw him out?"

"You're right, if there's a theft problem, what about this store?"

Those who saw Jason whispered about him. The sight of him was full of mockery and scorn. Jason knew it and heard their words even though they sounded faint. Something painful arose in Jason's heart, but it did not make him desperate and upset. This situation made Jason stronger than before.

Alexa added her words again, "You have to face your days miserably Jason, you are poor and single! I made the right choice in choosing Sean as my future husband. Alexa pouted and felt proud of her current life. After ending her relationship with Jason, she will become part of the Clooney family.

However, Jason did not respond to all of their contempt for him, somehow Jason felt stronger and more able to face people's contempt at that time. Even Alexa's words hurt him so much. After using him and now slandering him as a murderer.

Alexa's actions had been so outrageous that if Alexa hadn't chosen Sean as her husband, Jason might have retaliated with a heinous act. But Sean was his cousin, and with his influence, Jason had to have another way to get back at her for what she had done.

"Well done, Alexa! You were right to choose Sean as your husband. You make a good match, a sycophant and a traitor, don't you?" Jason smiled slightly.
