"Please come in, sir. You have been invited to attend an event organized by Mr. Don Alexander this evening. It's quite sudden, so we're picking you up in person," said the waiter who opened the door to the luxury car parked in front of the store.

Jason turned around and asked, "What is it? May I know?"

"It's Miss Laura's birthday celebration. She has never celebrated before due to her poor health," the waiter replied.

As Jason predicted, Laura finally regained consciousness and was able to resume her normal activities. After undergoing self-administered acupuncture therapy, she is now fully recovered.

Jason nodded and got into the car. He was taken to a party held at one of the city's most luxurious five-star hotels. Jason looked neat and authoritative in the elegant suit he had put on for the occasion.

Clooney Family Residence:

"You deserve a punishment! Where have you been all day?" Mr. Donald snapped, his face red with anger when he saw Sean arrive with a bruised face.

His anger peaked when he saw the marks from the beating on his only son's face. Donald felt humiliated, especially since Sean had disappeared without a word, ignoring all his calls.

As a father, Donald was disappointed. Sean was usually responsive and disciplined, but this time was different, leaving Donald wondering what had happened.

"I went to a famous showroom in town to buy a luxury car for Alexa. But there I met Jason, a loser who annoyed me. He pissed me off and made me sick. He has to pay!" Sean growled.

"Then what happened to your face? Did you guys fight?" Donald asked, trying to contain his emotions.

Sean rubbed the bruise on his cheek irritably. "Jason got me hit hard by security. All because of him."

Sean expected his father to get angry and defend him. But Donald's reaction was just the opposite—he laughed at his son.

"He's just a loser. Did you really lose to him, Sean? Who's the loser now?" Mr. Donald sneered with a sardonic laugh.

Ever since the tragedy that befell the Hilton family, the Clooneys had considered Jason dead, along with the rest of the family.

"Dad?!" Sean growled, feeling belittled.

"You are Donald Clooney's son. Prove that you deserve that name. Don't trouble your father!" Donald scolded him sharply. He looked at his watch, grunted, and pulled out his cell phone.

"Prepare a big gift for tonight," she ordered over the phone before hanging up again.

Confused, Sean asked, "A gift? What's the occasion?"

Donald approached him and said seriously, "The Alexander family is having a birthday celebration for their daughter tonight. We're invited."

Upon hearing the Alexander family name, Sean looked both surprised and pleased. The family was known to be very influential. Only the elite had the honor of attending such a banquet.

"Why are you only telling me now? Isn't this an important event?" Sean asked enthusiastically.

"I've been looking for you all day. But your cell phone is dead! You're such a nuisance!" Donald said, patting his son on the shoulder quite hard.

"Sorry, Dad," Sean replied apologetically. Then he asked, "But isn't his daughter very sick? Why the sudden birthday celebration? Has she recovered?"

"She said so. It's a rare disease, and no doctor has been able to cure it until now," Donald replied.

Sean smiled sarcastically. "Really? Is he cured now?"

"Yes. Who knows who managed to cure him? That's quite a surprise."

“Dad, is his daughter beautiful? I wonder," Sean said with interest.

"Of course. Besides being beautiful, she's also intelligent. She won the Olympics in her teenage years before falling ill," Donald explained proudly.

He leaned closer and whispered, "If you can establish a relationship with her, our family will become stronger. We can become part of Wilten Hill's elite."

Mr. Donald laughed happily, full of ambition.

Sean understood what his father meant. He smiled with satisfaction, envisioning a future full of influence and power.

"Having many women is fun. Dad, you're really sneaky, and I'm proud of it," Sean said with a sardonic laugh. He couldn't wait to meet Don Alexander's daughter and begin his plan.
