Michael Starberg burst into laughter at Gabriel's words. "You're so funny, dude! Do you even know how much this car costs?" he taunted, scanning Gabriel from head to toe with a disdainful gaze.

In a calm and steady voice, Gabriel responded. "Okay, how much is this car?" His gaze shifted to the manager.

"This car costs 250,000 dollars, sir," the manager replied politely. "Sir, this car in the same color will be ready at our dealership within 2 months. So maybe this time, let Mr. Starberg take it home, and you can come back another time." He tried to give Gabriel an offer without condescending. Inside, the manager was still thinking Michael had a higher status than Gabriel.
