Adrian watched as Regina and her lover both arrived in a convertible and stepped out of the car. The crowd went frenzy and struggled to ask Regina questions about the divorce. "Miss Regina, how long has it been since you knew that your husband has been cheating on you?" One of the reporters asked.

"Ma'am, how did you cope with such a vile man?" Another one asked and Regina wore a casual expression on her face as she replied. "I don't want to relive all the hurt and pain he's put me through, thankfully this is the last day I'll spend with such a man," Regina replied with a sad look for the cameras that flashed everywhere and finally walked past the paparazzi.

"Are you going to lie your way into the courtroom?" Adrian asked in disgust and Regina turned to see him standing on the porch. She smirked at him and linked hands with her new lover as she drew closer to him and whispered, "There's no lie, not when the entire world believes it," she replied and chuckled.

Her lover looked at Adrian condescendingly. "We are going to start our lives as soon as we get this divorce out of the way, you shouldn't have made yourself an easy target," he mocked.

Regina laughed and threw her head back, "Of course, he couldn't help himself. He must have felt blessed to have a woman like me as his wife, but how could I ever come down to sleep with someone like you?! Disgusting!" She spat and made a face.

Adrian decided not to spend even one more second of his time with her. It was clear that the Regina he'd fallen for was just a facade. Right before him was a woman who could let the world burn just to get her way. "You're a vile pig, you don't deserve me," he said and walked inside the court. As he walked down the aisle of the pews, he could hear their mocking voices trailing him, taunting him and asking him to stop dreaming of what he could never get.

The judge asks for the reason for divorce and once again, Regina boldly lies that Adrian had been cheating on her and making her life miserable. "Is there anything you wish to say in defence?" The judge asked but Adrian simply asked for the divorce papers and signed his signature hastily, he was in a hurry to get the proceedings over with and leave her for good.

"He can't say anything in defence because it's all true," Regina's lawyer replied but Adrian remained silent.

Shortly after, the court proceedings were done and both of them walked outside. Adrian could see eyes following him everywhere he turned and the glares he got from the crowd were enough to make him uncomfortable. Adrian stopped at the doorway of the court and turned to Regina with a crooked smile. "I have one last gift for you, Regina Lawson," he said.

Regina looked at him and then laughed, mocking him for being such a weak man. "I knew it, I knew that you would come back begging for me to take you back, I knew you could never have the balls to leave me," she mocked.

"Why don't you just check out the gift first?" He asked but she waved him off with a snug smile on her face. "What else could it possibly be? I know that you want me back but not so fast, you should prove to us here that you're willing to change for good, kneel before me," she commanded even though she knew for sure she wasn't getting back with Adrian neither was she going to give him a chance, she simply wanted to disgrace him before the crowd.

Adrian shook his head at her, he couldn't believe how blind he must have been to be tangled with such a woman with no values, or morals, she was self-centred and hungered for wealth and status alone. "You are a self-righteous bitch and I could never want anything to do with you! My last gift to you is to show the whole world who you are, Regina. Enjoy the video I just sent to you," he sneered and stepped out of the court.

Regina pulled out her phone in confusion and licked on the video that appeared on her screen. She watched in shock and terror as she kissed her lover and they both got into the car, all their activities were right there for the world to see and somehow the sounds had been extracted too. "Oh my God, how did he get this?" She gasped.

Unknown to her, at the same time that the video had been sent from her, Samuel had released it on all platforms just as Adrian had instructed. Everyone in the court turned to her and shook their heads, "I have never seen such indecency in my entire life!" One of the officials in the court spat.

Another worker of Regina that had come to witness the hearing looked at the video and spat at her, "So you were the whore all along and not your husband?"

Thoroughly disgraced, Regina fled from the court with her lover as the taunts and abuses became uncontrollable. As Regina marched outside, she saw Adrian on the landing stairs. "You will regret this! You pathetic piece of shit!" She snapped at him.

Adrian watched her with a stern look as she continued to insult him shamelessly despite the taunts and mockery she got from the video. "You are a piece of junk and your whore mother should have gotten rid of you!" She spat. Adrian was irritated at her insults towards his mother, his jaw clenched

"You won't get away with this!" Her lover sneered at Adrian but he decided to control his temper and walk away. He had shown her mess to the world and Regina Lawson would be known as the vile snake she was.

Did you see any man?” Adrian asked, looking baffled.“No. You were the only one in the hallway. What’s going on?”Adrian checked his stomach again and confirmed that nothing had really happened to him, and if he were to believe Lucas, it meant that something was wrong with his mind.“Did Rose drop a contact?” Adrian asked as Lucas helped him up.“Oh! Yeah, yeah, she did. Is there a problem?” Lucas asked again, completely confused on what exactly was going on with Adrian.“I need to ask her a question. I just saw a man, and you claim there was no man. And… he stabbed me. But I can’t see any trace of any wound on me.”“
