The room door opened and another student walked in. He had jet black hair and a muscular build. Glancing at him, Storm recognised him as the guy who took the test first. Storm shifted his gaze to the boy's wrist and spotted the letter "A" on it. It was expected, the boy was exceptional during the test.
The boy ignored Storm like he wasn't there at all and made his way towards the bed to unpack his bag. Storm wasn't bothered by the guy's attitude as he also went to his bed and laid down. There was something he has been meaning to check for a while now.
[YOU HAVE SOME UNREAD NOTIFICATIONS.]
Storm called out the system after laying down on his bed. He got the notification after defeating the Orcs but hasn't had time to click on it.
'I wonder what it is.' Storm pondered internally as he clicked on it out of curiousity. The screen infront of him now morphed to a whole new one.
[YOUR REWARD FOR HIDDEN QUEST HAS ARRIVED]
'Hidden quest?' Storm mused with his fingers on his chin in contemplation.
[10 EXTRA STATS POINTS]
[1 EXTRA MANA RECOVERY]
[A PORTAL TO A HUNTING QUEST VENUE HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR ARSENAL]
Storm examined the rewards, but his attention was fixated on the last one.
'A portal to a hunting quest venue?' Storm pondered with a slight look of confusion as he clicked on it to see the description.
[ONCE PORTAL IS ACTIVATED, VESSEL GETS TRANSPORTED TO A HUNTING VENUE. HUNTING DURATION IS 10 HOURS]
'I think this is like the acceptance quest where i got transported to a strange train station to survive for five hours.'
'I barely got out of there alive and now they expect me to go to a place like that on my own accord? I'm not sure if i will ever use this portal stuff.' Storm pondered disheartedly while dismissing the notification.
'I still need to get stronger, though..and i can't become stronger than being a coward. If i go to the venue and hunt monsters like the system says i might actually level up and gain more cool rewards.' Storm rubbed his chin with a smirk.
He has always been racking his brain on how to level up while in the academy. The academy won't send the students on expedition until 6 months after resumption, and 6 months is a lot of time to wait.
The portal us definitely a jackpot to levelling up, and he wouldn't afford to miss it.
'I will leave tomorrow morning and be back in the evening. I just hope no one notices my dissapearance.' Storm pondered internally.
Few hours later, the students were called in for dinner and Storm exited the room, but his roommate who hasn't said a word sinxe stayed behind.
Storm walked through the hallway and finally arrived in the cafeteria that was now crowded with different students. He made his way to the counter where a plump-looking griffin could be seen distributing the food.
The griffin glared at Storm in disdain before handinh over the tray of food. Storm retrieved the tray and walked to an empty spot at the very end of the cafeteria and began to eat hungrily.
He filled his mouth till he couldn't no more and munched down on it like a hungry pig. He hasn't had anything for a day now.
"Wow, you must be hungry." Lucy spoke as she walked to Storm's spot with Tana beside her and they both sat beside him.
"Easy so you won't choke on it." Lucy blurted out as Storm kept stuffing his mouth with food.
He munched for few seconds before digesting it with his juice.
"You can have mine if you want..i'm not really hungry." Lucy offered.
Storm glanced at the tray with watery mouth, but chose to remain a gentleman.
"Thanks, but no thanks." Storm declined.
"By the way, what class would you be attending?" Lucy brought up a topic.
"What do you mean? Aren't we all attending same classes?" Storm questioned with a slight look of confusion.
"Nope, there are three different clubs. Combat club, healing club, magical club." Lucy explained.
"Oh, i see. It's a actually obvious the club i will be attending." Storm bellowed.
"Combat club, no?" Lucy mumbled.
"Yeah. Since i am nothing but a human, i can't attend the magical club, and i also can't attend healing. Working on my fight moves is all i can do for now." Storm responded.
"That's neat. As for me i will be attending the magical club, while my sister here will be attending the healing club." Lucy informed gleefully while exposing her cute pointy fangs.
"Cool." Storm nodded as he resumed eating. While Storm was feating, he felt someone grab his colar from from behind and forced him to his feet.
"Well what do you?" The boy holding Storm's collar voiced with a smirk. The boy had long crimson hair, crimson eyes, sharp jawline, two black earings piercing his ears, and a tattoo on his neck.
Glancing at the boy's face, Storm recognised him instantly. It was Flare. The same guy that burnt down his grandfather's farm land. Standing behind him was his sister and plump minion.
"What is a trash human like you doing in a place like this?" Flare questioned, tightening his grip on Storm's colar.
Storm didn't respond as he just stod there with his head facing the floor. Images of how Flare burnt down grandpa Sikes's only source of income to the ground camw flooding and made his blood boil in anger.
"Hey, i am talking to you, trash! What are you doing in a place like this?" Flare repeated his question while tightening his grip.
After few seconds of staying mute, Storm finally spoke.
"You only have three seconds to get your hand off me." Storm uttered in a deep and menancing tone.
Hearing the words of Storm, Flare and other students in the cafeteria broke out in serious laughter.
"Can you all believe this guy, hahah..." Flare paused in his laughter as he felt Storm grab his arm and his bones began to twist.

“ What are you going to do to me?” Derek asked. He glared at Storm who didn't seem to care about the way he looked at him.“Derek, King of hell. You are hereby banished for the three realms. You would live in exile for the rest of your life. You are forever immortal and no matter what you do, you would never die. Birds would feed on you, you would never find peace no matter what you do.” Derek laughed maniacally after he spoke. As Storm turned to leave, Derek yelled, “I hope you die just like your parents did.” Storm paused at the door and only glanced at him before he left.Walking out of the palace, he noticed that everywhere was quiet, except for the hoots of owls. Storm didn't waste much time and closed the gate to the three realms. The gate to the three realms was a portal of unimaginable power and complexity, he quickly shut the portal, severing the connection between the three realms that had caused so much chaos. The air around the gate shimmered with a lot of energy. The atm

“What are you waiting for?” Immediately, he heard the voice, he turned and looked at Storm in shock, not knowing what to say. Derek stared at Storm speechless, he was supposed to be dead. At that moment, Storm was more like a celestial being. All his injuries had been healed, and he was looking like a newly transformed person. The transformation was so astonishing that it left him speechless, his mind raced as he stared at Storm. How was this possible? He should be dead? Derek quickly glanced at Storm's right hand and noticed it was intact, he looked around him but still saw the severed hand beside him. How was that possible? This shouldn't be happening. It wasn't a part of his plans, everything he had learnt about the Orb didn't have to do with this. Could it being a dead person back to life?Storm stood there, looking strong and his body glowed as bright as the orb. His once tattered clothes were now different , better than before and his skin had no injury on it. The contrast betw

"I will fix everything," he said, with all the conviction of a man who thought he could change everything immediately he entered the other realm. But fate, it seems, has a sense of humor. The pressure he felt from him was enormous, a suffocating weight that pinned him to the spot. He could barely move, his muscles strained against an invisible force. His heart pounded in his chest, each beat echoing like a drum in his ears. The air around him seemed to thicken, making it hard to breathe. Just as Storm was about to move forward, he heard a loud voice welcoming him with laughter, echoing through the dimly lit chamber. "Welcome, Storm! Feel at home!" the voice boomed, reverberating off the whole place. Storm's heart skipped a beat. He paused, squinting into the shadows, trying to pinpoint the source of the voice. "That must be Lillian's father," he muttered under his breath, his muscles tensed as he took a defensive stance. He knew he had to stay on his guard. The voice had an eerie, almost mocking quality, and he couldn't afford to let his guard down for a second. He scanned his surroundings, every nerve on edge, his senses heightened.Without caring about anything else, he rushed towards the direction where he had felt the Orb. His pulse quickened as he neared it, the air growing colder and heavier with each step. The chamber seemed to stretch endlessly, shadows dancing on the walls like malevolent spirits. His breath came in short, sharp bursts, the anticipation gnaw
