Celine watched Lucy from top to bottom. She didn't like that the woman in front of her was much more beautiful than she was. With nice clothes and expensive-looking jewellery Celine felt defeated, but she didn't want to admit that.

"Don't talk nonsense. There's no way you guys have a relationship, because this guy doesn't have anything. He's just a lousy delivery man."

Celine did not want to bring herself down at all. She was sure that she was a beautiful woman, and of course, she had to assert herself, she looked at Tristan and then at Lucy. If Tristan had nothing, the woman he was with would be from the same circle as Tristan.

"That's right. The two of us are lovers, I'm very happy to have become her lover. Lucy is a beautiful and sweet woman."

Tristan reciprocated Celine's treatment by gently pulling Lucy's hand and rubbing her back. That surprised Lucy, but she didn't say anything and let Tristan do it.

"It turns out you're a cheater. Do you know that just a few hours ago I dumped him? He's a man with no money at all."

Tristan's attitude had hurt his pride. She was very sure that Tristan was a man who loved her. But he had only a few hours before she decided he had another girlfriend.

"I know all about him, I know he's just a delivery man but he's a good and wonderful man. You're the one who's ashamed of yourself for having an affair with a lowly man who looks like trash next to you."

Lucy smiled as she said it, it was an attack that made the people around them laugh. Making Celine even more upset, just as she wanted to attack the woman who dared to embarrass her like that, Dony held Celine's hand tightly.

"What are you doing Dony? Let me slap this lowly woman!" Celine snapped, she was distraught with what had just happened.

"Celine, forget it. You will get into trouble if you deal with Miss Lucy."

"Did you call her Miss!?"

"She comes from the Green family." Dony spoke, and it was the truth until Tristan widened his eyes, he looked back at Lucy in disbelief.

The Green family was wealthy. They owned various businesses in the environmental field.

Hearing that name made Celine flinch, she almost made a mistake, and when she found out, she immediately followed it to avoid anything wrong that could happen to her.

"You're from the Green family?" Tristan asked incredulously. He looked at the beautiful Lucy in front of him and nodded.

"Yes, but I have my own home. I don't live with my extended family."

Tristan looked at the back of Lucy's hand and immediately released his grip.

"I'm sorry for kissing the back of your hand and thank you for helping me."

Lucy laughed silently, she looked at Tristan, whose face was Lucy's type.

"You did me a favor too, Tristan. You calmed me down and spent your time with me."

She responded casually, Lucy was a free woman and liked to do whatever she wanted her way. Until they had finally finished lunch, the two of them had just left the cafe and were about to get into the car. A red car had just stopped near Lucy's car, and the man who had just gotten out of the car looked at Lucy with a sardonic look.

"We just broke off the engagement, and you already have another man. He must be a lowlife."

Jeremy looked at Tristan, he scrutinized Tristan from bottom to top.

"He must be a man who has no money, he's a poor man who lives with you as a parasite."

Jeremy laughed at Tristan, and it made Tristan look at him so boldly.

"Hey, I am a man with money and I will treat Lucy very well. I'll give her unlimited luxuries."

Jeremy widened his eyes, surprised by the words he had just heard, then laughed loudly.

"I'm pretty sure that you're a man without money. I bet you don't even have 10000$ in your account."

The man pointed rudely at Tristan. Lucy didn't just sit back and watch what her ex-fiancé was doing.

"Whatever I do has nothing to do with you, Jeremy who is an asshole!" Lucy snapped, and she got Tristan behind her.

The words said by Lucy made Jeremy open the sub-district, and this time his fish-eye eyes were clearly looking at Tristan, who was behind Lucy.

"Is your man so incapable of protecting himself that you have to protect him? He's so embarrassing."

He was laughing so hard that he would occasionally clap his hands. Tristan didn't stay silent about what had just happened, he came forward and pushed away Lucy's hand that was trying to hold ya back.

"I can talk to you directly and certainly more than 10000$ I have money in my account."

Tristan's words made Jeremy stop his captivity, he looked at Tristan with a cynical look. He knew about expensive things, and this man in front of him had no expensive stuff on his body.

He leaned back and looked at him even lower than before. This would be fun to satisfy the ruler in her.

"Oh yeah? You have over 10000$ in your account!? Is a beggar capable of having that kind of money? That's so impossible!"

Jeremy said in a big voice, the people who had been walking stopped and listened to this argument.

"Yeah, I don't think that guy has more than 10000$ in his account either, so he must have made it up. He must have thought we wouldn't catch on to his lie right away."

A man who stopped earlier spoke and looked down at the mock. Even the shirt Tristan was wearing had food stains on it.

"If he had 10,000$ he wouldn't be wearing such cheap clothes, she's wearing clothes that make his look like a beggar."

A woman added another sentence with more harsh words. And Jeremy laughed at their condescending conversation.

"Did you hear what they said?" Jeremy put one hand to his ear and looked at a very arrogant face. "You certainly don't have the money and stop lying."

Jeremy laughed heartily, and everyone who thought this was an exciting spectacle laughed too. But as Tristan calmly pulled out his cell phone, he stared at Jeremy with piercing eyes.

"If I have more than 10000$ in my account, you should give me a gift, right?" Tristan asked calmly.

Jeremy felt very upset because he was now being challenged by someone inferior to him. He held up his 100000$ car keys.

"If you really have that much money in your account, I'll give you this car for free."

Everyone there was beaming with excitement, they were talking about the high price of the car and how easily Jeremy made the car the prize of the bet.

"But if you lose, you have to bow down before me and lick my feet! Do you understand?"

He yelled at her in a big voice, and everyone heard him. Everyone became even more excited, they gathered to see this fantastic show.

"Yes, he will get his comeuppance. He lied saying he had 10000$ in his pocket! That's impossible!"

"Yeah, I'm thinking she'll end up licking that guy's feet!"

The others laughed so much but were eager to see such a fantastic performance.

"He's too arrogant, and his expectations are too high, or is he high?

Tristan smiled as he didn't care what anyone else said.

"You are all witnesses, if I had lost I would have bowed down and licked his feet!" Tristan said loudly and immediately made Lucy panic. She grabbed Tristan by the shoulders and looked at him with worried eyes.

"Tristan this is too much, you don't have to-"

Before she could continue, Tristan had touched Lucy's lips with his index finger.

"Just calm down."

He managed to get Lucy to shut up, and after that, he focused on his phone screen. After getting into his act, Tristan showed them all his phone screens.

"Look how much money is in my account!" He shouted, and everyone there was shocked at the amount of money Tristan had.

"Fi-fifteen million...."
