Three tasks— It was all they had agreed to, he was to make her do three things she couldn't say no to and while her heart felt heavy about what it could be, she hoped for sanity's sake it wouldn't be something that would leave a mark on her heart.

Three hours ago.

At the Basement.

A look of awe filled everyone's eyes. He hit the blue eyes, it didn't make him the best shot but also the highest in the history of the family.

To show it was no fluke he shot at it again, this time making a show about it, he shot again and again … Twice more, all hitting their mark.

"Want more?" He asked, turning to look at her.

"You mother fucking —"

"Language Miss, whatcha language." He patted his lips with a smirk forming by its side.

"You lied." She pointed out. "The deal doesn't count."

"Well, I don't think that is how it works. " He muttered. "Not after you made me wash those cars."

"Well, I can make this easier… Three. " He signaled.

" Three? " She asked, confused.

" Yeah, three. You get to do three things without backing out for them and you'd be free. "

" I don't think that is a good idea, I don't like the sound of it. "

" Well, it is either that or you are enslaved to me. "

She weighed the whole deal in her mind and came down to the conclusion. If there was anything she wanted at that moment other than strangulation it was to get over with this whole deal.

She was left with no choice. "Fine." She muttered. "I am in."

"Smart idea, now let's make this fun… We'll meet In three hours and make sure you are dressed to kill."

His laughter filled the air as he walked out.

Present…

She had lain in her bed for one hour after the whole incident thinking of what he must have planned.

After he left and she was all alone in her room, she listened to the tick of a distant clock and let the cold from the AC seep through her skin until a numbness spread.

She knew there was no way for her out of this, If there was anything she could do It was to get on with the whole deal, still she'd admit he was getting under his sleeves.

Not if he kept saying things like that to her—

With trembling hands, she slipped on a pair of clothes watching herself as she did, and as the minutes tickled by slowly, she was almost ready.

Red and yellow lights blurred through the room from the evening sun through the window, at the moment she was applying makeup as she was dressed in a tight-fitted cloth.

She blinked at the alarm clock that read six p.m. and then rolled onto my back. Fear hit her in the chest, but it was quickly replaced by another feeling that looked to take over every bit of her heart rapidly.

She felt breathless. She sat on the side of the bed with her back toward the mirror with her elbows on her knees, and her gaze out of the window.

From his mere knock at the door, she could feel her heart begin to echo heavily within her chest.

"A minute, I would soon be out."

The fan whirled as sweat and anticipation dripped down her back under the heat of the

room, she wiped her neck and watched herself In the mirror one more time, she gave her head a small shake.

The door pushed open and she exhaled,  he was no longer at the door as she had supposed but she could hear him in the distance.

Taking the stairs two at a time. The temperature of the room was a bit too warm with how heavily the moon streamed in. She found her way to where she was with a drop of sweat running a lazy path down my back.

"You look good," he muttered.

If she had heard the word or anything she didn't make any effort to make any comments about this before moving away.

He smirked to himself, he was filled with the true intent of what he had to do.

Logan let out a breath of amusement and headed past me to her door, where he spent the next hour on the phone talking to someone. It could have been longer,

though she wouldn’t know, because with my heart beating heavily she was lost in the moment.

Two hours later, she awoke to them pulling up at the clubhouse. Slightly disoriented, she blinked and then pulled her. hair out of its ratty

ponytail and finger-combed it and slipped my heels back on before getting out of the door of the car to the door of the club.

She stood on. the balls of her feet so her heels didn’t click, she walked to the staircase and slipped out the door as she emerged from the place that looked elegant yet comfortably decorated.

A wide dance floor made of panels blinked as she stared back at him.

"Now what?"  She turned to him or asked to keep her gaze on him.

He looked around the room for the waiter and one soon came around ushering them to a personal seat.

What was in his mind?

What did he have planned?

All these filled her mind till it ended at a spot, it stopped right there at the moment the swirling moment that had him right there with her.

"This is easy, be calm. I would give you a first task."

He smirked hard.

" Here is your first task. "

She asked him the question again this time her eyes filled with uncertainty as she didn't know the perfect way to deal with the sequence of event that was running through her mind at the moment, ar one point, she wanted all of this to end , she was starting to wish she had not gotten into this bet in the first place.
