Anger and anxiety felt heavy in his chest when he recalled what she had insinuated about him killing Brock or being the cause of his death. Even if that was far from the truth, he still felt hurt by her words enough that he could feel it weighing him down deeply.
Soon as he left where she was, he headed to the room and pushed open the door with a slam, a table flew across the room and smashed against the walls. He was furious.
While trying to think about the entire situation, he thought he was being too cynical about it. Perhaps he should have just paid less attention to the fact that he was overreacting from something she thought rather than exchange words.
He headed upstairs and decided he needed to do something about the fact that his heart was going at an insane pace. At that moment, he stopped right there.
He never hated a thing in his life. The way he hated that moment, he resented the whole condition that had led him to the point, he hated the fact that he hadn't done anything about the man that had shot Brock, he hated everything —
He might have shot them in the goddamn heads as they’d deserved. The whole Hate had changed him from who he thought he was to something entirely different.
He could feel himself becoming reckless.
As his chest tightened, each breath felt like a burn in his chest, he stood still for a minute, and before he even knew it was in his hand, he chucked his phone at the wall.
He took a deep breath and shook his head. He was certain that she had definitely heard that in her room and must be thinking that he was a psychopath—
Still feeling provoked, he picked up his keys and stormed out before he did anything crazy.

He stopped at a pub and made his way to the bartender—Ordering the most expensive drink on the counter.
Soon as the bartender pushed it to his side of the table, he pushed it down his throat. Logan took a good look round the table as soon his gaze came face to face with a man with a red bandanna and a two-swords tattoo on his wrist.
With all indications, he could tell that it was a gang from the Silver Blade.
The man looked oblivious of the fact that he was right there at the table or that someone was looking at him.
A growl sounded in his chest when a waitress blocked his view, he could feel a lump in his throat that he struggled to swallow down.
"Do you need anything else, sir? " She drew her words in a way that made it look like she was flirting with him.
He turned his attention to the window that was cracked, letting a breeze in that rustled the sheer curtains of the pub, outside the street shone a yellow glow across the waitress's face, and his heart ached at the
sight.
She dropped her notepad on the table next to him and, while facing him, made certain that one smooth thigh was him. She had on a tiny T-shirt that appeared to spill her cleavages.
If perfection should be personified, it should most definitely be the woman right there in front of him— He skimmed a thumb across his cheekbone as her gaze found and his ring and her throat tightened.
While most women would have shied away, she didn't. She locked her gaze with him as words filled an empty space in his empty mind.
"Are you sure you don't need anything?" he asked.
"Don't need anything for now," he muttered.
He made sure he got the hint of the words now. As she turned to leave, the curve of her ass was right there, begging to be touched.
He knew that he should control his urge at this point, though his dick insisted that he'd be an
asshole and go after her.
Shit! He exclaimed in his mind—
He rubbed his face and gave his head a shake, he took two gulps and asked for a refill.
His lips were slightly parted, and his breaths came out even and shallow as he stared at the man with his eyes filled with a consuming darkness.
The waiter still stared at him from a corner with dark eyelashes fanning her cheeks. He stared at her for a moment and figured out a plan.
He beckoned at her, and she walked back to where he was.
He whispered something to her ears and she walked away with a smile. A couple of minutes later, she walked toward the man with a cup in her hands—
He wondered how peaceful it must be in that head of hers to keep that expression despite knowing what she was doing.
" Come on. Let's get you something to drink,” he heard her saying.
He had never seen anyone work up herself into a man's heart so easily, but she just did, as a matter of fact, she did that with ease.
As she walked back after giving him his fifth drink, she stared at Logan and winked as the man told him the job was done. Logan stared at this man who was in boots, jeans, and a dark T-shirt as he staggered out.
Logan finished his two drinks and then rested his elbows on his knees and watched the crowd—
He dumped the cigarette he had been smoking and scribbled something on a piece of paper, passing it to the waitress.
The man didn’t fit in with the crowd and was easy to pick out. It was like everyone knew Logan had a gun tucked somewhere under his shirt as they all watched him leave. Or maybe they could see the Serpent Mafia in his
eyes.
From a distance, he followed the man. Twice the man turned to look back but each time he did, Logan hid himself.
The man stops in the distance, unaware of Logan lurking behind him. As he turns to look, he hits him across his head with his gun.

He walked afterwards, moving gently down the steps one at a time. At the moment he considered telling the word he just heard to her but didn't, at least not till he had his facts right. But if there was anything he would let himself believe, it was the fact that he found the mole and Brock of blessed memories was right after all. After what seemed like a moment later, Logan appeared, his thick hair mussed from the number of times he ran his fingers through them , he had a broody expression even bloodier than usual. As he walked away donning nothing but a sleeveless shirt, running shorts, and shoes with a gun strapped to his thigh. He stepped out to the gentle rays of the sunlight with nothing but his shoes with its lacing tagging along as he walked past the guard manning the door."Tell her that I went for a run if she asks." He had barely said the words when he saw her yawning as she made way down the step with running shoes as well.Apparently, It was Logan first time he was seeing this a

He turned and saw Wade stroll into the room, his gun still steaming, a dog wailing in the distance. Confused, Logan tried to process what just happened. Two other men from the Mafia rushed in as Logan fixed Wade with the most absurd gaze."You scum —"His hands curled around his collar as he shoved him against the wall, the room echoed with their heart beating heavily from agitation. "What did you do that for?" He questioned. "Were you blind to see that I was questioning him?""But …But, you were under duress, it is just normal I shoot. " Of all things that could be blamed it was surprising that he chose to do it in the most disgusting way and blame mere instincts. He was enraged, Wade's face turned red as he gasped for air, the other two men watched with eyes widened, the shock glistering in their eyes.He loosened his hands and Wade fell to the ground with a thug gasping for air. "Take care of the body." He picked up his bag. "He is yours now." ******Home, sweet home that should have been

Logan pulls the brown bag over the man’s head, a hem of the cloth bag catching in the man’s ear. Logan grunts and lifts the bag forcefully, ignoring the man’s cry in protest as the piece drags on his big ear. The man wails louder which only serves to annoy Logan even more he drags the bag so hard he is sure there will be a bruise the next day as proof of this moment.“I advise you to stop producing whatever sound it is you’re making right now if you like that particular part of his.” He orders, pinning a glare on the screaming banshee. What an excuse for a man.The crying immediately stops and Logan nods, “Now you have two options since I’m feeling quite generous tonight.” He begins but his smile is anything but generous, it’s a cross between a sinister smile and a glare. The man shifts in his seat despite the ropes binding him tightly to the chair.“You could either talk and I make it quick or…” He drawls, picking up a knife from the collection of sharps on a stool behind him. “You ke
