Elijah stared at her lips as they moved, but his thoughts were elsewhere. "This is poor Elijah," those were the words Bianca had used to describe him. They had no idea what his influence or position in the country was, otherwise, they would have crawled at his feet, begging to do business with him. Today's display at the mall made him desire to put his plans into action. He was going to deal with them like a tapeworm feeding on their host without their awareness of it.

"Cora, I have to leave right now, I have a meeting by 1 p.m and if I don't get moving right now, I will come off as a tardy person, and I don't want that. At least, not with whom I'm meeting. The short movie that happened with your employees has already taken up my precious time."
