Death Of James

"Where is Zaroc, he was supposed to be here by now, what is keeping him" One of the Demon lieutenant said to the other.

"Maybe he has found a treasure because even though he is the weakest, there is no one on earth that can threaten him" The other one said to him.

As they were talking, James stepped out from the bushes with a smile as he walked towards them.

"Oh there you are, get ready to die" James said with a grin as he ran towards them and used the sword tornado skill, air started to gather on the sword which started to spin slowly at first, then the speed started to increase until it firmed a tornado.

As the sword was about to strike the first demon lieutenant on the arm a shield appeared and blocked the attack but it broke upon impact and the attack continued to move forward which caused a look of surprise to appear on the face of the demon lieutenant.

The sword struck demon on his arm and sliced through it like paper and cut the arm off but as he was about to stab the demon in the chest, the sword was held by a demon arm.

James immediately pulled the sword back from the grip of the demon and disappeared.

Immediately James disappeared, a large fireball landed where he was previously standing.

He appeared behind the first demon and plunged the dagger into his heart then disappeared again.

After getting stabbed in the chest with the demon slaying dagger, the demon let out a scream of pain as he fell to the ground.

"One down one to go" Jane's said with excitement as he appeared at another location.

"Noo Nanook, what have you done, I will burn you to ashes" The other demon said as he moved to the injured demon's side then he gazed at James with rage.

"Orik, go now and you might be able to survive and alert the others, I will stall him, he is not normal and I smell the scent of Zaroc on him" Nanook said with pain as he struggled to stand up.

"No, I will not abandon you, together we may be able to defeat him" Orik said to Nanook while trying to help him up.

"We can't defeat him, remember the prophecy, I think it's him" Nanook said as he stared at James with fear.

"Do you really think it's him, no I will stall him go and alert the others" Orik said then turned to face James but was held by Nanook.

"If you guys are done with your moment, can I get back to killing you, I don't have time for this" James said as he looked towards them with an impatient look.

"Go now, I command you as your leader" Nanook said to Orik with authority then kept towards James.

"Whoever you are, I promise you that I will find you and kill you" Orik stood and watched them but soon left with rage in his eyes as he swore to James with killing intent.

"Hahaha, don't make promises you can't keep" James said with a laugh as he turned his gaze towards Nanook.

"I know that I won't survive this battle but I promise you that you can't keep" Nanook said as he muttered some words and when he did, his eyes suddenly glowed brightly as James felt his power increase.

"Didn't you just hear me saying don't make promises that you can't keep" Even when faced with such danger, James said with a smile which unnerved Nanook.

He waved his hand and created a sword made of black flames and charged towards James with fierce killing intent.

LIGHTENING SLASH

SWORD TORNADO

James used both skill which created shockwaves when they clashed with each other that uprooted the trees in their surroundings and caused both of them to fly backwards.

They both crashed into the ground and created large craters, James stood up from the ground as he examined his injuries which didn't seen severe then he examined his sword which didn't have a scratch on it.

Nanook also stood up from the ground with worse injuries but instead of tiredness, he seemed even more energetic then his arm which had been cut off, grew back as he created a stronger sword because his old one had been broken from the fights.

"It seems that he is using a skill that increases his strength as time goes on for a short amount of time but I am sure the cost is huge, I have to end this fast" James said as he observed Nanook.

When he finished talking, he disappeared and appeared but as he was about to behead him, Nanook suddenly turned around and grabbed the dagger then landed a strong punch on his chest which caused him to fly backwards.

He flew backwards and crashed into some trees and when he stood up, he felt like his ribs had broken as he spat out a huge mouthful of blood, he tried to put them back in place but he stopped when the pain became unbearable.

"Damn it, I lost the dagger" James said as he clenched his teeth from the pain. Nanook held the dagger with a smile on his face as he stared at James with killing intent.

"I told you that you wouldn't leave here alive, now that your precious dagger is with me, how are you going to kill me" Nanook said with a mocking smile.

"I told you not to make promises that you can't keep" James said with courage as he stood upright and stared at Nanook.

"How can you still talk after that hit, since you want to die so much, I will grant you this wish" Nanook said with shock as he charged towards James and blasted him in the chest again and this time with more force than before.

After getting blasted in the chest again, James crashed into a tree and tried to stand up but he fell to the ground, this time he was sure that his bones were broken because he couldn't even breath properly let alone walk but even now, he still gave a smile which unnerved Nanook because he felt like he was being played.

"To be able to laugh in your current situation it's either you have a death wish or your brain has been damaged by my attacks, so which one is it" Nanook said to James with anger.

Instead of answering the question, he just stood there and laughed at Nanook which caused him to cough out a mouthful of blood.

"Is something funny to you or was your brain really damaged either way it's time to end this" Nanook said as he formed a sword again and tried to plunge it into his heart.

As he was about to kill him, James suddenly burst into laughter which caused him to stop and stare at him.

"Why are you laughing!" Nanook said in frustration and anger.

"I am laughing because of this" James said as he drew Nanook closer to him and hugged him tightly which caused the sword to sink into his chest.

Nanook was frozen in shock but he soon realized that something was wrong but he was too late because the next second, James exploded and caused all the trees in a 10 metre mile to disintegrate including Nanook.

After some time, a figure came appeared at the scene of the battle and walked towards where James exploded.He stopped and knelt down and picked up a dagger and a sword which were surprisingly undamaged from the explosion.

"Wow, the Clone skill is really useful, time to hunt the second one before he gets too far" James said with a smile as he flew towards the direction that Orik went.
