Gerald wiggled his fingers at the remaining four chief-owners.

“You guys want to negotiate, but you don't know how to be humble.”

He gave an arrogant smirk.

“Don't worry, I'll teach you.”

With a clap of his hands, Head Bodyguard Kevin led his men to forcefully knock the four old men and women down on their knees. As soon as this happened, the other twenty-two landlords and property managers fell to their knees as well.

Gerald chuckled.

“That's more like it. Now, listen up! If you don't want me to report everything you've done to the police, you'll obey my rules from now on!”

He raised his fingers, one by one.

“Rule number one, you will no longer extort money from your tenants. Rule number two, you will give your tenants a no-rent period for the next three months.”

The youngest chief-owner barked before the whispers of protest from the twenty-two landlords and property managers.
