Samuel raised his head, his eyes shut tightly. He looked like someone on the verge of gaining enlightenment.

"So, this is it? I understand now." He stood up and took in the huge space around him, strange orbs floating silently in the air.

"I’ve finished here. Let me go and find my next task. I really want to leave as soon as possible."

After he was stabbed, he thought he would die. But instead, he was enveloped by a brilliant white light, and his consciousness was drawn into this strange place. He didn’t understand it. Everything around him felt unreal, almost like an illusion, including the wizened old man who had been guiding him all this time.

The moment he arrived here, he was forced to learn countless things, ranging from cultivation techniques to various other skills and abilities, some of which he didn’t yet understand their uses.

There were so many that they overwhelmed him.

This space contained different rooms, and each room focused on a particular skill or ability. Every room had an instructor, and they trained him through vivid simulations. Sometimes, he would be thrown into deserts and made to survive in extreme weather.

Other times, he’d find himself piloting strange vehicles he had never seen before. Most of the things he encountered here didn’t exist in his world, and everything felt foreign to him.

Also, the cultivation he learnt here was vastly different from the one in his own world. Back in his continent, at most someone can live 150yrs through cultivating. The highest realm is the body foundation realm. But the cultivation manuals he reads here has far more higher realms than just body foundation realm and one can live forever if cultivated to the highest.

In this place, where time had no meaning, he didn’t know how long he had actually spent. But it felt as though thousands of years had passed.

Yes, it might sound exaggerated, but that was truly how it felt.

He walked into the main hall and saw the wizened old man dressed in white. Samuel stopped in front of him, waiting silently for his next task. He had completely surrendered himself to fate.

"I shouldn’t have touched that crystal," he muttered, regret flashing in his eyes. If he had known all this would happen, he would never have climbed that mountain.

The old man looked up at him with a warm smile.

"You are very talented, son. No matter what was thrown at you, you managed to master it long before the intended time. Even the ancient beings would be shocked if they saw your talent," he said proudly.

Ancient beings? What ancient beings?

Before Samuel could ask, the old man stood up and continued speaking.

"You are ready now. You will be sent to a new world, a low-tier world that will serve as your starting point. The energy in the crystal is only enough to send you there. We have trained you in all the skills necessary to conquer this world. Your mission is to grow as powerful as you can and surpass the limits of that world in the shortest time possible," the old man instructed carefully.

"Who are you? Who created this crystal? Why did you save my consciousness, and what do you actually want from me?" Samuel asked, voicing the questions that had been weighing on his mind. He had more, but he didn’t want to overwhelm the old man, especially since this was the first time they were speaking so openly.

Throughout his time here, the old man had only led him from room to room, giving him brief instructions. Even when Samuel spoke to him, he hardly ever replied.

"I’m sorry, but I cannot answer you," the old man said softly. "There are things you will come to know in time. For now, focus on growing as powerful as you can. Your fate is tied to this crystal. Even if you do nothing, powerful beings will come for you. If you are not strong enough when that time comes, you will be killed."

Samuel froze, terror creeping into his heart. He had no idea how strong these beings were. Gritting his teeth, he clenched his fists. "Then I’ll train harder. I’ll grow stronger. Strong enough to defeat anyone who dares come after me."

The old man studied his face and nodded when he saw Samuel’s resolve. He couldn’t force the possessor of the crystal to accept the mission. If Samuel rejected it, there would be nothing left to do but watch his soul burn away.

The old man raised his hand, and a white gate appeared before them. Beyond the gate, a swirl of strange blue energy pulsed and shifted like flowing light.

"Step through the gate to be reincarnated and begin your journey toward becoming the most powerful being in existence. You may accept or reject, but be warned. If you reject, your soul will be obliterated. Everything that you are will cease to exist."

Samuel’s mouth twitched slightly.

"You didn’t even give me a real choice, old man," he muttered with a bitter laugh.

No matter what, he didn’t want to die. He had always been an ambitious youth, dreaming of one day standing proudly above the entire continent as the most powerful man alive. Now, his goals had grown even greater.

With firm determination in his eyes, he stepped through the white gate. The old man smiled faintly as he watched the gate vanish behind him.

"Argh! What’s this?!"

Samuel was stunned. The moment he passed through the gate, his consciousness faded. When he regained it, he found himself in the middle of being beaten to death.

Argh!” His eyes flew open. Dozens of fists and boots rained down. Men surrounded him in a tight circle., attacking him viciously. Their hatred was so intense, it felt personal. He tried to fight back, but his body was far too weak to move.

"Old man… everything you said was a lie. You tricked me, didn’t you?!"

That was his last thought before everything went black.

When Samuel woke up, his head was spinning and an intense headache throbbed behind his eyes.

"Water…" His throat felt dry and parched. He turned his head and spotted a glass of water on a nearby table. He grabbed it and drained it in one gulp.

A small sense of relief washed over him.

"What’s this… memory?" he muttered, holding his head tightly.

Suddenly, strange memories flooded his mind — memories of another Samuel. This Samuel was him, yet not him at the same time.

"Wait a minute!" His eyes widened as realization struck. He forced himself to stand, but winced when sharp pain tore through his battered body. Glancing down, he saw that he was covered in bandages.

The pain was nothing compared to what he had endured inside the crystal space. Gritting his teeth, he dragged himself to a mirror, wanting to confirm his suspicion.

The moment he saw his reflection, his doubts vanished. He had been reincarnated into the body of this young man… someone who, coincidentally, shared the same name as him.

"All of this was orchestrated by someone powerful and meticulous. They even severed communication between us and the country. I wonder how they managed that?" She frowned deeply."You know what I suggest? We retreat and wait for the authorities’ decision. We can’t continue staying here. The longer we remain, the greater the risk of being discovered. Many governments are already interested in this matter. It’s only a matter of time before they start sending people in. Worst of all, we can’t even establish contact with our own country," the general said grimly. The entire Panya network had suddenly collapsed, including private channels. This wasn’t random. It was deliberate and perfectly timed. As a result, communication became difficult for both camps. Intelligence moved at a crawl."I’ve already sent people to Burusia. They’ll return with news soon. Just calm down and wait," the Admiral said evenly. But she had no intention of retreating. Never. If anything, this was the moment they n

"Chief Commander Daniel, the Mainland has received shipments from discreet Burusia ships. We can’t confirm what’s inside, but I believe they contain weapons," a young soldier reported.Chief Commander Daniel stood at the window overlooking the barracks. Soldiers drilled in tight formation while officials barked orders across the yard. Every movement carried urgency. He was short and sturdy, with a peculiar beard and a face hardened into something naturally intimidating. He drew in a slow breath and turned."Why do you think they’re weapons?" he asked evenly."Our men tracked several suspicious ships unloading cargo into the Mainland. The routes match Burusia trade patterns, but the manifests are falsified. We also encountered armed men we suspect are Burusians."Daniel’s jaw tightened. "I see."He moved to his desk, pulled out the chair, and sat."We prepare to strike."The soldier hesitated. "Chief Commander… what’s the point of continuing this war? The Mainland will never surrender.

“I want the Secretary of Trade position. That’s all,” he said directly.“What!? This is absurd. Nonsense. I won’t accept it. Say something else entirely,” the president said angrily.Samuel shrugged.“You can just take your daughter and forget about it.”“Do you think you can emotionally blackmail me?” he asked with a smirk.“I’m not even trying to. Go on. It’s nice to meet you and your daughter, Your Excellency.” He stretched out his hand for a handshake. The president looked at the outstretched hand but didn’t take it. His mind churned with conflicting thoughts, and a wave of stress washed over him.“You do realize I can’t just remove the current Secretary of Trade,” he explained calmly.“I can assure you that you can not only remove the Secretary of Trade but also the Commissioner of Customs,” Samuel replied.“Don’t tell me you are targeting that position as well?” the president asked with a frown.“I can get it for myself,” Samuel replied confidently. “That’s if you don’t interfer

“Oh.” The president did not seem angry at what he heard, contrary to Isaac’s expectations.“Just that?” Isaac frowned. He was completely ignored. “You said you have my daughter. Where is she?” the president asked Samuel.“I already asked my people to bring her,” he replied.“Where did you rescue her?”“Panya. She was locked up in an underground prison,” Samuel replied. The president gritted his teeth.“Who kidnapped her?” he asked.“The Urgabas. They had a hidden base in Panya that I managed to uncover by mistake. I killed all of them and rescued your daughter,” Samuel explained. The president did not doubt Samuel’s ability to accomplish such a feat alone. He had already heard the story, after all. It had been huge news, and many powerful ability users knew about it. Even some weaker ones had heard the tale.“Thank you, son,” the president said.Suddenly, he made a move. But the person he attacked was not Samuel. He struck Isaac, who had been secretly retreating. Isaac collapsed insta

Nina grabbed Thesa by the throat.“Dare to repeat that?”“Murder! Murder! Someone help me!” Thesa cried hurriedly.“Excuse me, Miss Nina. We have an emergency,” Gilbert said as he approached them.Nina released Thesa and straightened up.“What’s happening?” she asked with a frown.“There are four military boats approaching our island,” Gilbert replied.“Military boats?” She frowned again. Could it be the president? she wondered.“Go. Take two military boats and meet them. Do not engage. Verify their identity. If Grand elder Brown or the president is aboard, allow them entrance, but they must dock at the southern area,” she commanded immediately.“Yes, Miss.” Gilbert bowed and left at once.“This Gilbert is very disciplined, and he’s very talented too. Already at the fourth level of the Golden core realm, and my breakthrough will be soon,” Thesa commented.“That’s because he’s under Samuel. He has powerful pills and resources that can train a nobody into the Golden core realm. For exam

In the presidential house, the President of Merika, Joe Trump, sat holding a photograph. The blonde-haired beauty in the picture smiled brightly as she posed before a statue.“My baby Abigail. I wonder how you are doing,” he murmured, his eyes heavy with sadness.A sudden knock sounded at the door.“Come in,” he said, slipping the picture aside. The door opened, and a man in a black suit stepped in.“I’m sorry to disturb you, your Excellency. Someone important is here to see you,” the man said with a bow.The president frowned.“I don’t feel like seeing anybody right now. Just tell him I’m not around.”“Your Excellency… he’s a Grand elder,” the man added quietly.“So what? Tell him I’m not around. Unless he’s here with information about my missing daughter, nothing else concerns me right now,” the president snapped.“Alright. I already asked him, but he refused to tell me his purpose and insisted on seeing you instead. He also said he has been calling your personal line, but you are n
