“Master?" Everyone repeated the words.

They thought that they had heard around. But after asking around, it was the same. The Ambassador actually said those words.

The guard panicked.

The crowd shivered.

If Hudderson turned out to be someone powerful, then they were all as good as dead.

The grey-haired old lady quickly vanished into the crowd, her blood pressure increasing beyond anything that she could bear.

Hudderson shot a single glance at the Ambassador and he seemed to read to room instantly, standing straight from the bowing position.

"You seem to be having trouble, sir!" He placed the words, one on top of another carefully.

If Saint was already careful around the God of War with whom he was familiar, then he didn't know what to do with the supreme Ruler.

"Troubles?" Hudderson batted an eye.

"Well tell me if standing here for over thirty minutes, almost getting arrested after presenting a pass, and being labeled a criminal passes as not experiencing troubles."

Saint quivered. His bones grew stiff and he could barely claim control of his body.

The guard quickly stepped forward.

He thought the bow of earlier was just another mistake from the Ambassador thinking that Hudderson was someone else.

"That's because he tried to sneak his way into the ball!" The guard's chest was fully puffed out.

"But thanks to my intelligence I was easily able to fish him out as usual despite his fake pass!"

"And did you even attempt to run this pass through any verification?"

The guard let out a soft chuckle. "Definitely not. We get a lot of his kind every day."

Each word that he spoke ran a stab right through Saint's heart. If only he could scream at the top of his voice, letting everyone who was around know who this man standing before them actually was.

The reason was that they were not all dead yet.

"Slap!" Saint's finger was imprinted deep into the guard's face, and he stared in total astonishment.

Saint's face turned into one of demonic rage, in total contrast to what anyone had seen before.

The looks struck fright into their hearts.

"Who's in charge here?" He thundered.

With quivering feet. The commander of the Sinclair forces stepped forward, his clothes already drenched in his own sweat.

"I'm the direct benefactor of this pass held by him. How dare you dare to think that it's fake?"

Shock ran through the spine. Eyes bulged and feet gave way. No matter what manner, the man that they had all looked down on had an actual connection with Ambassador Saint.

Regrets burned in their throats. The guard shook now. All his confidence came crumbling down on him.

"Is this how you treat humans that you don't even protect? Answer me!" He flared at Smith like a parent to an erring child.

"No.. no.. Ambassador. The protocols are properly laid down. I was never aware that they were followed by the personnel in charge before we were called to enforce a break."

"Is that any excuse?" Saint cocked a brow.

Smith crashed to his knees. Together with every other officer that stood with him. Fearful emotions burned in the guard's eyes as he contemplated whether he should join them or if he was dead already.

"Please forgive us, Ambassador!" They all chanted the words at the same time.

It echoed, deep and loud. Carrying the sounds of their fright.

"Forgiveness is something that I cannot afford not to do after what you have done. Your punishment will definitely be committed to you!" He scoffed.

Quickly, they appreciated. Punishment was the least that they could think about after offending somebody as high as the Ambassador.

"As for you!" He turned to the guard.

Instantly, he fell face-first to the ground, bawling his eyes out.

"I have children. A family to feed. This's the only way that you and I can survive!" He cried and begged, turning to Hudderson for assistance.

"A family to feed? Your children should be used to the title, 'orphan.' already. People of your nature shouldn't exist to pollute our world!"

His eyes sparked. The guard opened his throat to speak. But his throat ran drier than even the Sahara desert, muttering strange sounds no one could understand.

"Don't worry. They will get adequate child support not to even remember somebody of your nature exists!"

He was dragged away with yells and wails. Saint escorted Hudderson into the building.

They stopped at a secluded area and Saint bowed once again. His voice was covered with fear.

"I... I'm sorry I came late!" His words stumbled over each other.

"The God of War is more than pleased to have you in Mog. He sent me because he is far away. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused you, Supreme Ruler. I'm more than ready to take my punishment as deserved." He quickly crumbled to his feet.

Hudderson said nothing. Saint never expected his supreme Ruler to.

"To appease you, I've gotten escorts, luxury cars, houses, just give me the go-ahead and they will all be yours."

For the first time, Hudderson's expression flinched.

"I don't need the attention! I came to the city undercover and all of those will only cause unnecessary trouble for my mission." The wind bounced off at the sound of his authoritative voice.

"Okay, Supreme Ruler. I will call them off immediately." Saint quickly retracted his words, not daring to say more.

"But if you would be so gracious as to accept the city's black card. It would save you a lot of stress! And give you access to all the important facilities that are lined up across the country. He stretched out a card, head still bowed in deep respect.

"Hmmm!" Hudderson mumbled. "Let's see what use this is going to be!" He added, taking the card away and slipping it into his pocket.

"For now, pretend like you don't know me!"

Hudderson didn't wait for a response before he eventually walked away from the place.

But first, he needed to use the bathroom. His eyes caught a white gown. The bribe definitely, she was hiding in the male bathroom.

Hudderson frowned deeply. He could not believe that the Sinclair family would reduce itself to this.

"Miss Sinclair?" He called out, gently. The same girl who saved his life years ago, giving him a second chance.

She turned around. Aggressively. You've caught me. I don't... She instantly paused and immediately my eyes lay on Hudderson's feeling the bitter aftermath of the memories that stormed into her mind.

"You again?" Charlotte Sinclair scoffed angrily.

Hudderson only had to wait for a few seconds before he started to see the motorcycles as they sped toward him.Their riders were erratic, hooting and laughing hysterically as they held carelessly onto the handles of the bikes, pulling very dangerous stunts. Her life is at stake, and she needs something very rare to make her get better.” Charlotte took a deep breath, and it was hard to tell if she believed him or not. “Where exactly are you going?” She asked, and it was hard to tell if she was going to get a response from Hudderson. Felix stuttered, gripped by an intense fear that seized his voice. “What did you say to me?” Hudderson took just one step forward, but that was all he needed to make the Doctor scared. “Please, don’t make me leave! I am happy here!” He pleaded with teary eyes, but that was not enough to stop Hudderson from still marching up to him. “I was not asking.” Hudderson grabbed him by the neck again, but instead of pinning him to the wall as usual, he decided to lift him several inches above the ground. The Doctor’s feet dangled all over the floor, and even when he tried to break free, it turned out that his entire strength was nothing compared to the might of the Supreme Ruler. Hudderson growled at him, looking up to his drained face while he raised him higher. “You are not welcome here, Felix.” He growled at him, and then he took a deep breath without en

Hudderson finally let him go when he saw that he was almost out of breath, prompting him to cough while he staggered backward. Hudderson looked behind him to be sure that no one was coming, and then he moved closer to the Doctor, his fists tightly balled as though he was about to release a punch. He watched angrily as the Doctor struggled to get a grip on himself, fuming aggressively. "Do you want to kill me?!" The Doctor finally broke his silence, his voice barely above a whisper. Hudderson growled at him. “I should have killed you. You don’t deserve to live.” He paused for a while, and then he asked, “What are you doing here?”“I should be asking you that.” The Doctor retorted, pointing his finger at Hudderson. “What are you
