Chapter 1
The Human Trafficking Syndicate
The scorching midday sun blazed overhead as the mighty sun perched high in the sky. A group of about 30 people was seen walking along a narrow path, heading into a forest. Leading the group were two individuals on horseback, with two others riding at the rear. Among them were 15 men dressed like warriors, occasionally kicking at eight young men who walked unsteadily. Their feet were bound together, making their steps awkward and labored. A cart followed behind, carrying a metal cage in which five young women sat huddled. Their faces were etched with overwhelming fear, and their eyes were swollen from crying incessantly. “Our haul these past few days has been impressive, Restu. The boss will be pleased with what we’ve captured,” said a burly man wearing an earring on one ear. “You’re right, Barda. Looks like we’ll be rewarded by the boss, hahaha!” Restu smiled broadly, his gaze fixed on a handsome young man walking at the back of the eight captives with bound feet. “We’ll sell the others to the usual buyers, but that young man—we’ll take him to Nyi Ratih. She’ll surely be pleased and willing to pay a hefty price for him.” “That’s a good idea, Restu. For him, we’ll tell the boss the price is the same as the others, and we’ll keep the extra for ourselves,” Barda replied, his sly grin widening at the thought of the profit they would make. “You’re always the smartest when it comes to making money, Barda,” Restu said with a broad smile. The young man they were referring to was indeed striking. He had a strong physique, shoulder-length jet-black hair, and piercing eyes like those of an eagle stalking its prey. Though he appeared stoic in the face of his current predicament, exhaustion was evident in his expression. The relentless journey left his clothes drenched in sweat that refused to dry. “Stop daydreaming, Arya! Keep your eyes forward!” A sharp command rang out, followed by the crack of a wooden branch striking the young man’s back. The blow made Arya wince in pain, but not a single cry escaped his lips. Instead, he glared sharply at the man who had struck him. “You dare to defy me?!” Thud! Another harsh voice accompanied a brutal punch to his solar plexus, forcing Arya to double over. For a moment, his breath was knocked out of him, and he spat fresh blood from his mouth. The cruelty didn’t stop there. The man rained more blows on Arya, one of them hitting his forehead with such force that it sent him sprawling to the ground. The impact left Arya dazed, his vision spinning wildly like the wheels of a carriage. He could no longer discern the faces around him; everything appeared as shapeless shadows. The group halted at the edge of the forest when Arya collapsed. “What are you doing, Darsa? Stop it!” Restu barked from atop his horse, halting Darsa, who was about to kick Arya again. Sharing Restu’s fury, Barda leaped down from his horse, joining Restu as they approached Darsa with anger etched on their faces. Restu and Barda couldn’t risk their valuable “asset” being damaged. If the young man sustained injuries, his value would drop significantly, thwarting their plans. After all, they knew Nyi Ratih only purchased healthy, strong men to satisfy her desires. Darsa’s actions jeopardized their deal. Darsa looked bewildered by Restu’s rebuke, especially as both men dismounted and strode toward him with fiery expressions. Meanwhile, Arya, lying on the ground, felt a flicker of relief that someone had intervened. If not, he might have lost consciousness entirely. Hunger and fatigue had already weakened him, and the blows to his solar plexus and forehead had taken a severe toll. “Why did you beat him, Darsa?! Do you want his price to drop?!” Barda growled. Darsa had nearly ruined the plan he and Restu had devised. Darsa was puzzled by their reaction. Usually, they never protested or reprimanded him for punishing captives. But this time, their behavior was entirely out of character. “Why are you two defending him? He’s just a slave we’re going to sell!” Darsa argued. “If you defy me again, I’ll make sure you’re the one we sell!” Restu snarled. “You’ve always had a habit of beating the captives, Darsa. Don’t you realize their value decreases if they’re injured?” Barda added. Darsa fell silent, unwilling to argue further. Not only was his position within the group below Restu and Barda, but his martial skills were also inferior to theirs. “We’ll rest here before continuing through the forest,” said another man who had just joined them. His gaze shifted to Arya, still lying on the ground. “Let him rest and recover his strength! And you, Darsa, as punishment for what you did, you’re responsible for taking care of him!” the man added. Barda and Restu nodded in agreement. The group of more than 30 people then decided to rest at the forest’s edge. Grumbling in frustration, Darsa begrudgingly complied. He unchained Arya’s feet and helped him toward a large, shady tree. Feigning weakness, Arya staggered as Darsa supported him. In his mind, the removal of his chains was a golden opportunity to escape. All he needed was for Darsa to let his guard down while he regained his strength and clarity. “You’re such a nuisance!” Darsa muttered angrily. “I’m sorry, sir. I shouldn’t have acted the way I did earlier,” Arya replied softly. “I was just thirsty and hungry, and it made me react impulsively.” Darsa was slightly moved by Arya’s words. Despite his temper and cruelty, he still had a shred of sympathy. “Stay here and don’t go anywhere! I’ll get you some water and food.” Seizing the moment, Arya began formulating his escape. Watching Darsa walk away, he took a deep breath to steady himself. Then, he slowly rose to his feet and broke into a sprint. “Darsa, you fool! The boy’s escaping. After him!” Restu shouted. He had caught a glimpse of Arya darting into the forest. Darsa spun around and ran after him, followed by five other members of the human trafficking syndicate.

The Sword Of The Fire Dragon Last Message (The End)
Jalu approached one of the corpses he had spotted and knelt beside it. His hand moved, searching for evidence inside the uniform worn by the man, who appeared to be less than thirty years old. From his experience destroying four academies that refused to submit to him, every member of an academy usually possessed a special mark. It could be a tattoo or a seal, usually in the form of a metal plate."Hmmm... what's this symbol?" Jalu muttered softly when he saw a symbol depicting a mountain encircled by flames on the left chest of the corpse. The eighteen-year-old then glanced at the other corpse and walked towards the one lying face down. Without hesitation, he flipped the body over to confirm his suspicion. Yes. Jalu suspected that the image of the mountain encircled by flames was the emblem of an academy."Turns out I was right." Again, the handsome young warrior muttered to himself. But what confused him was that there were no inscriptions to indicate the name of the academy or its

The Sword Of The Fire Dragon Seeking Clues
"You're just courting death!" scoffed the robber leader, not even breaking a sweat as several villagers attempted to attack him. He swung his greatsword, a cruel smile plastered on his lips. One by one, the villagers fell. Blood from gaping wounds stained the street, the site of the unbalanced battle, crimson. The inevitable cries of the women echoed as they watched their husbands, brothers, fathers, and sons fall, bathed in blood. It was truly a brutal massacre they were witnessing. If these cruel individuals had been a mere band of robbers, there might have been some semblance of balance, even with the villagers fighting unarmed. However, because the robber gang originated from a dark sect academy, the disparity was stark. The two hundred male villagers who initially resisted dwindled rapidly. In less than half an hour, the village had lost its men. Now, the strategically located village was more aptly called a village of widows, such was the number of women left to mourn their husb

The Sword Of The Fire Dragon Mass Murder
The tall, large-bodied man's voice was so loud that it could be heard from dozens of meters away. All members of the robber gang who heard it instantly directed their gaze at him, before turning to Darmono and Ayu Wulandari who were running away towards the village exit.More than twenty members rushed to chase. Their quick and simultaneous steps caused dust to fly and be left behind. Like it or not they had to be able to catch the two humans who were trying to escape, rather than getting a heavy punishment from their leader if they failed.Finding their escape known by the robber gang, Darmono and Ayu Wulandari panicked half to death. Both of them tried to speed up their running pace with the aim of not being caught. However, the physical differences between men and women were clearly there. Moreover, Ayu Wulandari was only a spoiled girl who had almost never run until her age of 17 years at this time. The beautiful girl could not run any further even though she had managed to get ou

The Sword Of The Fire Dragon Robbery
The sound of horses' hooves pounding the ground was clearly heard leaving dust flying billowing thickly. The leader who was left behind grinned widely imagining the great results of his men's work. The village that was the target of their barbarity this time was a strategic and crowded area. Newcomers came and went alternately every time. Some small and large inns were always filled, especially in the harvest seasons. It was not without reason that the village named Sukamakmur was crowded, its position flanked by two large dukedoms and located in the middle of a vast forest was the cause. From one dukedom to another could take two days and two nights of travel, and Sukamakmur village was always the destination to stay overnight rather than being caught in the forest at night. As soon as they entered the village gate, the situation looked very deserted and completely quiet. There was no activity at all that could be captured by the eyes of each member of the robber gang.Apparently the

The Sword Of The Fire Dragon Curiosity
Dharmawangsa was amazed by Jalu's body endurance that was able to withstand the effects of Nyi Saraswati's poison. Although he did not know exactly what kind of poison was in Jalu's body, he could already estimate how much power and strength the poison had. He saw it from Jalu's pale face, as well as the emergence of some green veins on the handsome young man's face. Not wanting Jalu to struggle alone against the poison that nested in his body, Dharmawangsa tried to channel his energy to help remove the poison. But what happened made him even frown."Impossible! There must be something wrong."Dharmawangsa was curious, because it turned out that Jalu's body rejected the energy he channeled, and that clearly made it difficult for him to think clearly. How could the body of the young warrior who had stirred up the martial world not want to receive the flow of his energy. It was not Dharmawangsa's name if he gave up just like that. For the second time he channeled his energy again into J

The Sword Of The Fire Dragon Adverse Impact II
Dharmawangsa's face turned red burning with emotion. If it was himself who was insulted it might not be a problem, but if it was his teacher who was insulted, then the person who insulted him was obliged to be killed. Not excluding Ageng Wicaksono."That mouth of yours cannot be allowed to remain intact Ageng Wicaksono! Now it's my turn to attack you bastard!" Dharmawangsa moved quickly attacking Ageng Wicaksono after speaking. The silver sword in his hand looked to release a bright white light that dazzled the eyes. That could be understood considering that the Silver sword he was using had qualified quality."How could it be?" Ageng Wicaksono was captivated by the brightness of the light that came out of the Silver sword. Because all this time he had never known about the original privilege of the sword that had made him a traitor. Even Dharmawangsa and his teacher had never shown it to him."Damn!"As a result of being captivated by the privilege of the Silver sword, Ageng Wicakson
