The young man remained silent for a moment before emerging from the lake. His usual firm and steady steps were nowhere to be seen.

Hydra watched Arya walk toward him with a puzzled expression. “What’s wrong with you?”

Arya didn’t answer right away. He sat cross-legged near the two Dragon figures, who were currently in their human forms.

“It’s true,” he muttered.

“What do you mean?” Hydra asked again.

“He is a prince from a great kingdom, Hydra. I told him to immerse himself in the lake to restore his memories,” Wira Atmaja interjected, answering Hydra’s question.

Hydra blinked several times, confused by Arya’s demeanor after regaining his memories.

“You’re acting strange, Arya… Shouldn’t you be happy that your memories have returned?”

Arya took a deep breath. He still wasn’t ready to speak further. The truth he had just uncovered weighed heavily on him—not because of his status as a prince, but because he didn’t know how to face Ratnasari.

“You’re really foolish, Hydra. You’ve followe

They couldn’t believe that the young man who had led them to redemption was actually a high-ranking official in the Jaya Buana kingdom."We don’t know for sure, Sir. But that young man gave us his clothes to show to Prime Minister Bayu Aji," the leader of the group replied. He quickly untied the bundle slung over his shoulder and pulled out the clothes Arya had given him."Here, Sir," he said, handing the garment to one of the soldiers.Without even touching the clothing, the soldiers immediately recognized

An assumption put forward by three elders of the dark sect suggested that Walang Sungsang had fled from his responsibilities. However, Mandalasura strongly refuted this claim. The warrior known as the Shadow Demon insisted that he knew Walang Sungsang well. He was certain that the accusations were baseless, as Walang Sungsang had always been highly loyal to the dark sect. It was impossible for the warrior, also known as the Steel Claw, to change his mind and abandon their alliance."But the fact remains that Walang Sungsang has yet to return, Elder. Doesn't that count as running away from responsibility?" argued Supranata, the leader of the Black Raven Sect."Could something have happened to Elder Walang Sungsang while he was chasing Kertapati?" asked King Dharma Kusuma."That is certainly possible!" Arya handed the two pouches of coins he was holding to the young woman. “Give one pouch to your employer, and the other is for you.”The young woman was stunned in disbelief. Being saved from the cruelty of those men was already a priceless blessing, and now she was also receiving a pouch of coins that, to her, seemed like a fortune.“Just take it. Give the money to your parents,” said Ratnasari, noticing the girl’s hesitation in accepting Arya’s gift.“Thank you, kind sir. But how could I possibly repay the kindness you both have shown me?”Arya gave the young woman a warm smile. “If your parents are still alive, you can repay us by being devoted to them. And don’t forget to show kindness to others. The smiles of happiness from people you help are sincere prayers sent your way. No one you’ve helped will pray ill upon you,” he replied.“Now go home! We’ll handle things here,” Ratnasari added, continuing Arya’s words.“Alright, kind lady. Once again, I offer my deepest thanks for all y

Two entrance gates made of stacked bricks stood tall, as if to welcome their arrival. Nearby, a large signboard stood next to one of the gates.Although the sun was fading, the village activity did not slow down. Dozens of bamboo torches, their flames dancing in the wind, lined the village streets—placed in front of each house or building.People bustled about—men and women, old and young alike—signaling that life in this village was far from quiet. Added to that were carts drawn by horses and oxen, one by one filling the roads.Arya shook his head. Of all the villages he had visited, this was the first where he witnessed such a unique custom.Vendors lined the streets, eagerly offering their goods to anyone passing by their stalls. Shouts and

One thing confused him—how would he explain himself to his beloved now that his charade had been exposed?Much like her son, Queen Dyah Pitaloka was also at a loss for words. Although Ratnasari’s act of barging into someone else’s room without knocking was impolite, she couldn’t bring herself to be harsh toward her future daughter-in-law.Ratnasari, in truth, felt guilty for not knocking first. Especially since Queen Dyah Pitaloka, who had always been like a mother to her, was inside the room. But on the other hand, had she knocked, she wouldn’t have discovered that Arya had been pretending about his memory loss all this time.“I apologize, Your Majesty. I didn’t know you were here. If I’m disturbing you, I will leave at once.”“Stay, my daughter-in-law. Since you already know, I will explain everything,” Queen Dyah Pitaloka replied.<

Arya remembered well when he was six or seven years old, the Swarnabumi Kingdom had tried to attack and conquer the Sastrajingga Kingdom, but the kingdom led by his father was still too powerful; in the end, Swarnabumi had surrendered and become a vassal kingdom.Throughout the discussion, Arya didn’t say a word. Yet, for him, the key points were already clear just from listening. The handsome you

“Believe it or not, but the truth is, your brother Jayalaksana has played a big role in saving your parents. You can ask Commander Argananta to confirm this. Or if you’re still doubtful, you can ask the soldiers who escorted us yesterday,” King Dharmalaksana continued.Prince Suryalaksana scratched his head softly.
