One sixty one: Conversation by the balcony

The atmosphere seemed to cease to flow with oxygen but tensity now. Two beautiful sets of eyes stared at Ivan but his was only on one woman.

Janet, at first, told herself she was going nowhere, not after the way he tried to command her, but she wanted to hear from the horse's mouth what he had to say so she decided to go with him.

“Please keep my party going.” She said to Ms. Wayne who responded with a smile and a partial nod. More of a bow to send the young lady going.

Janet tried to stand up on her own two feet but suddenly felt a wave of breeze blow past her and she almost lost her balance.

Ms. Wayne immediately supported her before she fell and Janet gave a soft chuckle. “I must have had way too much to drink.”

Ms. Wayne nodded her head, though a little concerned for the clumsy girl.

Ivan rolled his eyes as he sent his hand into the depth of his pocket. So she was a drunkard, he thought to himself.
