His eyes made a clean sweep towards where the young man was standing. Mr. Edward could tell that the eyes of his young master were easily filled with questions.
"Yes. Your father is the owner of the Chain Chain Consortium and was appointed as a prince not too long ago as a title."
"But just a few people know about his identity as he has refused to show his face to the public for personal reasons which I do understand." Mr. Edward went into the details of it.
The consortium was known to be the fastest growing that could be found anywhere in the world and could also be said to be the best that had ever been seen.
His eyes where still stuck on the plane that was right before him, his heart beating hard against his chest ad thought it was going to burst through and he didn't even realize when he voiced out this words.
"You mean that my father is the owner of the trillion dollar consortium?" He inquired once again, his eyes still bulging from his head.
From the way that his young master had been behaving, Edward could easily connote that he was being genuine and his face broke off into a smile.
"Your father isn't the owner of a three trillion Dollars consortium."
"That's the figure that has just been put forward to the world. Even though I am your father's right hand man, I still don't know much about internal workings in the system.
"But believe me, the lowest that your father would be at the moment is three trillion dollars. During the making of his wealth, he had several industries in one name." He explained with a smile still on his face.
The words kept on ringing in his head for quite a number of times. Could this be a dream? He had already pinched himself quite a couple of times and he knew that it was not.
But the more that he thought about it, the more that it was looking more like a dream.
He was too lost in thoughts that he didn't even realize when his stomach made a rumbling sound.
Director. Edward quickly turned around in his direction. His face breaking up in cold sweat once again as he went ahead to inquire.
The racing of his heart increased even more as he finally found the courage within himself to finally inquire.
"I'm really sorry, young master. I should have taken you to get a meal already. Please don't be offended." He apologized as soon as he could but Lut wasn't worried even for a single moment.
They got into the car and soon zoomed off. The place was littered with a red carpet entrance. But there wasn't much before them anyways.
"Follow me." He said with a smile on his face and when they eventually got to the elevator, it took them down to the floor instead.
Stepping off from it, he was caught up in a state that made him go numb right on the spot, the racing of his heart increasing by the moment.
It was a sea hotel with aquatic life floating in their glass barrier. He had never seen anything so beautiful before.
"Do you like it, young master?" He Inquired with a strange stare on his face.
"Like it. This feels more like heaven if you ask me already." He replied.
"I am glad that you like it, young master." He replied, the smile on his face broadening even more.
Eventually, they walked off to the lobby. The people that were on the way continued to bow before them, showing respect to Director Edward he noticed.
They eventually got off to a room without many people there when Director Edward finally turned around towards him with a smile on his face and he said..
"You can wait for me here. I will get the manager right away to prepare the most exclusive section for you, Young master." Be replied once again with a bow before he eventually walked off from the place.
His heart raced as the words gradually swapped off from his ears and his eyes were once again fixed on the stare that laid before him.
The dolphins floating through the place in their numbers, making the weird sounds as though they were speaking.
He noticed a strange lady walking off before him. And she stormed off once again. He would never have noticed her if her steps were not way too obvious..
However, she was soon gone only to return a few minutes later with three armed uniform men with handcuffs in their hands, chains and the rest, like a group of people that were already ready for any form of battle..
# "There he is." Said the lady pointing off towards Lut was seated.
"Your hands in the air." They glared at him.
His face was flooded with confusion as he continued to stare at the situation that was right before him for quite a while.
He had never experienced anything like that before and he could not place his hands on what was going on. His face eventually connoted into a corresponding frown and he inquired.
"What's going on here?"
The strange lady immediately lashed out and thundered at him with all the hate and disgust that she could muster in the inside of him.
"Are you really asking me that question right now?" He glared angrily with the hate still bubbling in him.
"You came in here to steal from us and you are giving that cry baby face? Who do you feel is going to fall for that?" She glared back at him.
For a while, Lut was beginning to understand why she was pacing up and down. But before he could even think of anything else that he was going to do, he heard the vibrating sound that was coming off from the army man.
"I told you already. Your hands in the air." He glared angrily at Lut who was trying to plead his case. He wasn't frightened. Gone were the days that anyone was going to make him too.
"And you aren't going to hear me out? I didn't come here to steal anything. I am here with Director Edward." He replied.
For a while, he's beginning to regret even calling his name. There was zero to no chance that the people that were standing before him were going to know who he was.
But it turned out that he was wrong and soon enough, they soon burst out into a wide range of laughter.
# Their stares kept on piercing at him from behind and once again, the strange lady was the first person to speak..
# "Director Edward. How dare you even spit out that name from your mouth? Do you even realize who that is?" She glared, her sudden amusement gradually melting off into straight anger.
"If not for the fact that I am a professional. I would have given you a slap already on that stupid face of yours that you aren't going to forget in the long run." She replied.
His words seemed to have gotten them even more angry than they were already as they forged ahead towards him and started to place the cuff in his hands.
But that was when he heard petters of feet. A stunning lady that looked more like a goddess, glittering in the stunning light ray that was surprisingly piercing the place.
Her looks shifted to Lut before it moved back to the strange lady that seemed to harbor so much hatred for him.
With the frown still sustained on her face, she Inquired.
"Tina. What do you think that you are doing? You realize that this is my section right and you have no authority here right?" She glared. With every word that she spoke, the frown on her face only grew deeper.

Under the radar
“Oh, I understand you well, sir. But getting in touch with this transport company will do us a lot of favors.” She paused, looking around for heads nodding in agreement, and when she saw it, she continued speaking. “The consortium is a huge institution, and I know that at one point or the other, we're going to need multiple means of transportation. This is where they come in.” It was just a contribution, but Lut felt worried. Why was it looking as though she had sabotaged the meeting? He couldn't wait to end it. Claudia always succeeded in making him so nervous no matter how hard he tried to hide it. “That's a brilliant contribution, Claudia. I like that. Oh,” Lut added, smiling and raising his hands as though it was clasped in prayer. “Forgive me for not introducing her sooner. Everyone, this is Claudia, our new intern. She's working under Aurora for the moment, so you're going to be seeing a lot of her and hearing a lot of those b
Work force workshop
Because director Edward had given her the permission to be under Aurora, Claudia had followed her to the hall where executives had their meetings. Seeing her there made Lutenant uncomfortable, but he didn't show it. Instead, he tried to focus on the team members that Aurora had chosen. They were all good workers. Ranging from Mr Green, to Doctor Gregory, Alicia, Aurora herself, and Mr Bedford. Lutenant had worked with them previously on the Deja Vu project, and could attest to how hardworking and creative they were. He needed people like them by his side if he wanted the new company he had just purchased to move forward. “Thank you all for coming here. I'll try my best to be as brief as possible because in an hour or two, we'll be on our way to the outskirts where y'all will take your first tour around the company we have just bought.” He paused, looking at each and everyone of them. He knew Claudia's eyes w
Fractured bliss
“Well, Darren usually handles all this kind of stuff, you know. But come with me, if he sent you my way, then it's for a reason.”“Oh, I'd surely love to work with you, miss Aurora. I need your guidance and that helping hand.”Despite the fact that she was pleased to hear herself being described in that manner, she decided not to show it. She smiled shyly, and at that moment, the elevator stopped.“Here we are. I'm sure you know that I am Mr Lutenant's personal assistant, and that I handle most of his work for him, especially when he's busy. So for the moment, you're going to just watch me, and take notes.”She opened the door to the first office before Lutenant's own, which served as her office. It actually looked like a hallway or a passage before Lutenant's office, but she didn't mind. To Aurora, the size of an office or the extra space would never determine her output. She loved her job, and wanted nothing more than to prove that she could always be counted upon when needed.“Well,

“Oh, it's fine. I wouldn't have done most of it without Aurora, by the way. You're her boss, right? I saw you guys dancing earlier on. She's a keeper, you know? Quite harsh and strict, but she knows what she wants. Ain't that right, boys?”Lut smiled, even though he was slightly tirritated. He knew it was a men's thing to talk about women, but wasn't he about to get married? Some things were best left unsaid. The two men, who were taller versions of Carl to him, grinned, and shook his hand.Just then, Natalie and Aurora approached the circle, smiling.“Our best guests are about to leave, babe.”“Oh, yes,” Carl said with a huge smile. “Lutenant here was just telling me.”“I owe you a gift, Natalie.” Lut said as the group made their way to the door to see him and Aurora off.“Oh, thank you. I'll be expecting it. Don't miss too much, Rora. I know you won't see food like mine in a long while, which means you can start coming down here to eat if you miss my cooking so much.”The group bur

“Thank you everyone for coming once again. You've made something as common as a housewarming party a memorable one for me. I won't forget this, ever.”Aurora watched the entire mini speech with a special kind of warmth in her heart. She had never seen Natalie so happy.“One, two, three!”The crowd counted with the couple as the knife came down. There was scattered clapping, and then it was then readjusted into a beautiful round of applause.Grabbing a flute from an attendant who was walking by, Carl raised the flute.“Everyone, grab a glass please.”“Aurora? Can you help us make a toast?”Aurora had not seen that coming. Naturally shy, she raised an eyebrow and felt her skin burn under the gaze of the entirety of everyone who was in the room. However, she made her way to the front of the crowd, then raised her flute.“To a life of happiness, endless celebrations and every good thing in the world. To Natalie and Carl!”“To Natalie and Carl!”There were clinks as flute brushed flute. Sh

I will always love you.”Natalie burst into tears on seeing the card, and immediately fell into his arms. The crowd burst into a series of cooing, and Aurora stole a flute of champagne from an attendant’s tray, chugging it down and satisfying her thirst.“When…when did you do all of this, Carl? How did you plan this?” She looked at the crowd and the decorations, her hand scratching the back of her neck in confusion.“I wouldn't have done it without the help of your best friend here, Aurora. She helped me. We did it together. You have a wonderful friend, babe. She's a keeper.”“You knew?” Natalie asked her, as she struggled to wipe the tears from her eyes.“Of course I did.
