Even the destruction of the Elemental plane was not simple as it seems. Am taking my time to explain this because of how active you are in this book.
Even In the present universe, becoming a Dao lord is extremely hard because of the damaged universe while the old Dao realm powerhouses had all hidden away from the public view. only the sovereigns remain active.
Some histories needs to unfolded gradually. The Ice Empress doesn't even the full details of what happened in the ancient times and in the subsequent chapters everything will gradually connect and your confusion will be solved
First of all, am aware of what I have written in my previous chapters. plots are not static and can change. I said that the god emperor is the strongest powerhouse then but it was only on the surface. in the next chapter , I will explain the reason why it was so .

Sometimes I wonder whether you even know what you wrote in the previous chapters.
Perhaps you should take sometime off for a month /2, then readjust your story so that it nolonger contradicts with the previous chapters. Many authors do that in form of arcs. Try it, it hurts seeing an interesting book being destroyed in your very own hands.
Even if there is a plot change, it should not affect the integrity of the story.
I have complained a lot about such mistakes/ contradictions but I guess I am wasting my time. The way you write, I ask myself, what should I believe and what should I not. The book loses its essence when the story is nolonger connected.
Is it because you're a new author? But still such mistakes should not be too obvious, right?
If you read those chapters again, you will realize how much you're contradicting yourself. You even said that the god emperor from the god race was the strongest powerhouse yet he was only a dao lord. Read those chapters and you will understand what I mean.
