Norton town , Sky purple domain.

Norton town is a town located in the depth of the Sky purple domain and had the population of three hundred thousand. The town was surrounded by huge trees and despite it's large population , the fence that served as the only defensive structure in the town was made with wood that already had several cracks on it.

Today , almost all the people living in the town stood at the entrance with fear and numerous expressions on their faces.

Most of them looked malnourished and were scantily dressed.

A young girl that looked eighteen wore a leather armour with a long spear strapped to her back and was carrying a small child that was around the age of three.

She stood in the front of everyone with a calm expression on her face while thousands of people whispered nervously behind her.

Today , the heavenly wolf clan was going to collect their blood tribute after a period of hundred years.

The Norton town was required to provide three thousand people to the heavenly wolf clan every hundred years and this was the custom for thousands of years.

Despite that , the population was still big because of the hundred year period given to the town to recuperate and give birth to more children.

Many mothers held their children nervously as they did not know who will be chosen among them.

The young men and women in the crowd prayed silently in their hearts so that they will not be chosen.

Only the old and feeble people were relatively calm because they knew that the foreign clans never target the old people who already had weak blood energy.

That's the reason most of the people in the town did not bother to cultivate because with stronger cultivation , you tend to live longer and then , you are likely to be whisked away by them when the time comes.

As for the young people , the higher your cultivation, the more attractive you become in the eyes of these predators.

Everyone was looking nervously towards the distance and the numerous trees swayed slowly in the air , bringing about whistling sounds.

"Tiana morren Azatron , the current chief of the Norton town greet the Noble heavenly wolf clan ". The young girl took a step forward and bowed her head in greeting.

"The slave clan welcome the descent of the heavenly wolf clan ". The rest immediately followed the footsteps of the young girl and bowed with fear and trepidation.

"Not bad ". The heavenly wolf member standing in the front looked at the humans in front of him and nodded slightly in satisfaction.

Three thousand people with abundant blood energy could be chosen from this large population.

He was the Lord realm powerhouse in charge of collecting blood tribute in this area.

His eyes scanned the enter crowd and the people with strong blood energy immediately disappeared from their position one after the other.

The bodies of the relatives of the chosen people were shaking Intensely as they tried to endure their grief.

They knew that the slightest noise will lead to their death.

"Noooooooo !! , give my son back to me !". A mother could not endure it as she watched her son vanish in front of her.

"Insolent !!". One of the figures standing proudly in the air snorted and the figure of the woman exploded into a bloody mists that splashed on the faces of the nearby people.

The death of the woman made other people to cry silently without making any fuse.

Tiana sighed softly as she watched everything occur in front of her.

This was the first time she experienced the blood tribute and she was struggling to stay calm herself.

As the town chief , she had immunity and will never be chosen until her death.

And also, she was the only one allowed to cultivate with peace of mind but her cultivation was banned from reaching the Lord realm or else , she will die !! .

Currently , she was at the domain realm despite being only eighteen years old.

After chosing the required number of people , the heavenly wolf powerhouse nodded slightly with satisfaction .

Tiana noticed that the gaze of the heavenly wolf powerhouse was somewhat strange and a slow feeling of uneasiness emerged in her heart.

She had immunity as the town chief and little children were never chosen because of their low blood energy.

Following the gaze of the heavenly wolf powerhouse , she discovered his gaze lingered on her younger sister and her heart immediately tightened with nervousness.

"She is coming with me ". The heavenly wolf powerhouse licked his lips and pointed towards the child.

Whoosh!! the child immediately disappeared from the hand of Tiana and appeared in the hands of the heavenly wolf powerhouse.

"Noooo !!!". Tiana immediately screamed with red eyes.

The young child In the grasp of the heavenly wolf powerhouse was screaming and kicking her short legs wildly.

"Are you going to go against my orders ?". The heavenly wolf powerhouse grinned devilishly and said.

"Take me instead , she is just a child !". Watching her struggling little sister , tears rolled down the cheeks of Tiana.

"I will take whoever I want to take ". The heavenly wolf powerhouse snorted and said.

"Noooooooo !!". Tiana gripped her spear and shouted hoarsely.

"Tiana , you need to calm down or the lives of thousands of people you rule will be in danger ". The old man standing beside her whispered softly.

If the orders of the people from the heavenly wolf clan is defiled , what will follow is the complete massacre of the entire town.

"She is my only family !!". The body of Tiana was shaking as she struggled to control herself.

"Humph !!". The heavenly wolf powerhouse flicked his finger and the figure of Tiana was blasted away with blood spraying wildly from her mouth.

Her leather armour shattered in several parts and her figure was thrown towards the distance.

"That's a little punishment for you ". He snorted with obvious dissatisfaction at the behavior of Tiana who dared to challenge his authority.

If not for the fact that they were ordered not to kill the heads of various towns , he would have slaughtered Tiana now .

"You should understand that the heavenly wolf clan is the heavens and you dare not go against the heavens ". The cold eyes of the heavenly wolf powerhouse glanced at everyone present , carrying immense pressure.

"Since when did a little wolf at the lord realm become the heavens or am I becoming outdated ?". A calm voice suddenly sounded.
