Damien leaned forward, his gaze locked on London as the soft hum of the restaurant buzzed around them. His patience was wearing thin, but his curiosity outweighed his irritation.

“Alright, London,” he said firmly, “I’ll ask again. What do you want in exchange for the herbs?”
