Book 3 begins now (3)

When the earthquake hit Cole immediately started to travel toward Edel.

Using Sky and Mylan’s help they arrive at the location without any problem.

“It’s been a while since I saw it.”

The one who speaks is Alicia.

She simply request to see the state of her hometown and not engage in other activities so Cole allowed it.

At first, Alicia is concerned because of the deal that he made with Cole upon allowing her to live in Yggdrasil.

However, the contract, same as the others, allows her to receive the blessing of Yggdrasil in exchange for their loyalty, and the contract will trigger only if the person made a direct or indirect, planned, way to attack Yggdrasil.

This is their initial concern about Alicia, but all her worries go away when Cole explains to her about her contract.
