The Aquarion's demise sent shockwaves through the chamber, causing the water to swirl and churn. The group's ragged breathing were the only sounds heard after the intense battle, but there was no time for rest.

Lucas, his glasses wet from the battle, was the first to gather his composure. He wiped his wet face and glasses, then he pointed at the portal. "I don’t think the fight is over. I’m guessing we still have to go through it," he said, smiling uncharacteristically, his voice determined. "Let's not keep the Tower waiting."

Elara, still catching her breath, nodded in agreement. "We've come this far. There's no turning back now." Literally, Adrian thought as she cast a worried glance at him. Afterall he had been struck hard by the Aquarion's attacks but was now standing, albeit with a noticeable limp.
