Chapter 26

At quarter past 9 am, Alex pulled his sports car in front of a VIP bar. A thing about Alex was that he respects time hence he always shows up on time.

Peter Lotha had slated their meeting for 9:30 am but as it appears, Alex was 15 minutes early. He parked his car in front of the building and stepped out, clinging just to his phone and car key.

He then made his way into the bar and headed straight to the cheerful bartender at the counter, who was putting his perfect set of dentition on display.

“Good morning Sir.” The bartender greeted Alex.

Before Alex could respond, the bartender guided him with a finger toward the right wing. “Mr. Lotha is in the first lounge.”

Alex nodded and marched toward the longue. The address was one of Peter’s properties so Alex wasn’t surprised when the bartender identified him. He concluded that Peter must have given the bartender a description.

A fact about Mr. Lotha is that he doesn’t hire just anybody. Even his staff who do meager jobs were people known
