“Sir, I am sorry that you had to wait for a while so that I could attend to him but I only gave him priority because he doesn’t look like someone who could survive up to the next hour. You can clearly see him wheezing in a deep need for breath.”

“And what if he is wheezing in pain? Does that mean we get to be delayed?”
