Callie was silent when the man said a worry that had been bothering her for the last few nights. How does he know all that? She didn't even tell anyone about everything. She looked a little panicked.

“What do you mean?”

“Did you not understand what I was saying?”

Hearing that, Callie quickly ordered the best chef to serve all the luxurious dishes in the restaurant. She knew this man was not that simple

The waiter and security guard who had been waiting for Thomas immediately came out. Suddenly, they were surprised because Callie even served well and didn't push him away like usual.

“Miss Ed, why should we serve him and not chase him away?”

Angry looks appeared on their faces. However, they couldn't do anything to Thomas. Because right now, their manager even bowed to that man.

Not long after, the food was served in front of him. Thomas looked at him lustfully.

In front of him were various types of expensive food with prices starting from $1000 for each different menu

Thomas started eating his food. He was pretty sure he wouldn't be able to finish all the food. But he didn't care.

When he started eating his first dish, 'white Alba Truffle', he was truly shocked. It tastes so delicious. It's not wrong that this restaurant is so famous among rich people. Apart from the fantastic price, it all pays off with delicious taste.

However, while Thomas was still enjoying his food, suddenly someone greeted him.

“Hey! Thomas the loser! Is this you? What are you doing here?” said Darien, a man who was his former classmate.

Darian looks so arrogant in his dashing clothes. But Thomas didn't care, he just wanted to eat and leave.

he knows Darien... how could he forget, a rich man who was also very arrogant? He and his cousin Bobby often fool him and make it into a joke. Because they go to school in the same place.

The reason he went to that elite school was because there he had to serve Bobby like a king and, most importantly, he got a scholarship there because he was an outstanding student, so his aunt wouldn't mind. All that should be enough to make him the reason for jokes among rich people, including Darian and his friends.

Darian laughed at Thomas' words

“Gosh, you're still as stupid as you were a few years ago. You're so funny, Thom! You cheer me up!” He clapped his hands while looking at Thomas, who didn't seem to notice him. This made him a little angry.

How could Thomas ignore it?

“You seem to have become quite arrogant. Right?” Darian immediately banged his desk, showing his power.

“Your food even looks expensive!”

When Darian was about to touch Thomas' food. Immediately, the officer who had only been watching approached when he got the code from the manager.

“Sir, is there anything we can help you with? Would you like a dish like the one this man has? We'll make it right away.”

"Does a lowly security guard like you even have the right to talk to me!" Now Darien is getting even angrier! He immediately showed his VIP card at the restaurant

“I'm a VIP customer here, and I want you to throw this poor guy out of here!” He is angry now. He felt very offended.

Instantly, Thomas got up.

“Darian, what are you doing? Please don't act like this. What right do you have to throw me out of here? You and I are on the same level. I'm a customer. So are you.”

Darien laughed dryly. How could someone like Thomas consider himself equal to him? He's just a fucking loser.

When Darien was about to show his anger again, someone's voice suddenly distracted him.

"Ahh, don't be angry Thomas. We were just joking, how could we do that to you? That was in the past and now it's all over. We're all adults. Right, Darien?"

Darien wanted to protest to the woman who was his girlfriend, but when he saw the naughty look his girlfriend gave him. He finally agreed and suppressed his anger.

Possibly playing a little with Thomas would be very intriguing, Darien thought.

But Thomas didn't let that happen again. He looked at Callie Ed, who was the manager at the company. The woman seemed to be starting to doubt it. You could see from her confused face. She don't know whose side I should take.

"That's good... if you realized what you did to me before. That was the wrong thing! Don't do it again!” Thomas laughed dryly, “However, don't you have to apologize for everything? Because I am too vengeful for all of your treatment.” Thomas said casually while eating his food, without seeing the look on Darien's face, which he knew was angry at this time. But that was his goal, to destroy the man's self-esteem.

Darien, whose anger had previously subsided, now flared up again, he was furious. The hand clenched into a fist. His girlfriend, who had intended to hold him back, now couldn't do anything.

The woman didn't want Darien to do anything stupid. Because she was a little curious about Thomas' current social status. How could she forget? Thomas was a handsome man, but she was poor. But now he is rich. Wouldn't that be great?

Leaving Darien for a rich man like Thomas wouldn't make her hesitate. the luxurious meal in front of Thomas is proof. those foods were even expensive foods that she had never tasted, because they were expensive. Darien was indeed a VIP at that place, but that was just a formality. she even had to choose one of the cheap menu items.

“It turns out you're still the same as you were a few years ago. Your temper is still the same as before, Darien. But I'm not the old Thomas,”said Thomas while cleaning Darien's spit off his face.
