Soon the team gathered together..

 " Lina !! Heal us". Mukas commanded and instantly Lina began her job..

 Her hands instantly lit up with green energy and in a twinkle of an eye, their injuries were covered up..

 Seeing this, Jared's eyes widened in surprise.

 This was the first time he was getting healed through this way.. and it was truly astonishing..

 ' So this is what a healer can do?'. He thought..

 Ding!!

 ' Time to head deeper '. He thought...

 The team continued their advance, their eyes were moving fast, scanning the entire environment for any sign of enemies..

 They have been walking for about thirty minutes , and yet no enemies have been spotted..

 " Maybe, there are no beasts again". Mina said out loud..

 Mukas glanced at her and said..

 " No!! You are wrong.. this is the duegeon playing tricks on us... I would advise us not to let our guard down ". He said quietly, to avoid any beast from hearing them..

 They all nodded, and continued their advance..

 ' Just eight... Eight beasts remain for the mission to be completed.. Damn!! I'm feeling nervous '. He thought innerly..

 The group stopped as they heard sounds..

 It was like footsteps.. no multiple footsteps.. and they were heading towards their direction..

" Everyone gets ready.. enemies are approaching.. Lila supports Jared, Mina supports me.. Lina heals any injuries we gain". He commanded swiftly...

 Soon , the enemies approached, their eyes were gleaming more than before, in their both hands - there were two daggers awaiting to be used..

 There were ten in numbers, and then they began scanning everyone... And before anyone could notice, they attacked together.. their speed was noticeably faster than the enemies they faced before ..

 And then, they divided.. One set- which consists of six headed towards Macus, while the remaining four headed towards Jared..

 Jared bit his lips hard.. Last time.. he faced two goblins and he had a hard time defeating them.. but now they are doubled..

" Fuck". He muttered under his breath as he stepped side..

 He then swung his sword hard intending to cut the neck of the goblin, but it blocked the attack swiftly..

 Jared's eyes widened..

 ' They are faster than usual".Jared thought..

 But he didn't get the time to reeled over his thoughts as two other goblins rushed at him..

  Just as he thought that he was going to get hit, two fire balls passed him and hit the two goblins hard..

 Bang!!

 Bang!!

 They both fell to the ground, their bodies twitching..

 Seeing this opportunity, Jared instantly rushed towards the goblins and with a smirk, he performed two consecutive horizontal slash.. instantly killing them..

Meanwhile, Mukas was already bleeding, the six goblins had been a pain in his butt..

 But luckily, two were dead.. and now it is remaining four goblins left..

 Mukas's hands were now almost numb.. and his body was about to collapse any moment.. 

 Swoosh!!

 The four goblins swiftly moved together, their gaze locked unto Macus..

 " Fuck". Marcus groaned as he sidestepped a goblin's blade..

 Two other goblins swiftly moved their daggers were now inches from Macus..

 Swiss!!

 Swiss!!

 Two arrows pass by Macus and the clearly hit the two goblins..

 Bang!!

 Bang!!

 They both fell to the ground.. Swiftly Macus moved and brought his axe down and performed two consecutive attacks.. instantly killing them..

  Meanwhile, back to Jared, the two goblins were now weary of Jared, they instantly turned their gaze towards Lila and attacked her..

 " Ooh no! You are not attacking her". He then propelled himself forward.. his sword tightly held.. and then he slashed..

 But this time, the goblin was distracted and didn't notice when he was killed..

 Bang!!

 It lifeless body fell to the ground..

 Without hesitating, Jared kicked the ground and propelled himself forward, this time he was more faster..

 With a loud battle cry.. he slashed horizontally instantly killing the goblin ..

 Meanwhile, Macus and Mina worked as a team.. Mina supported by injuring them with arrows while Macus dealt the finishing blow..

 Soon the battle was over and the ground was now soaked with blood..

 " Damn! This battle was epic". Jared said out loud as his body fell to the ground all bloody and exhausted 

Ding!!

 { Four goblins killed}

 { 6/10 }

 ' Just six remaining '. He thought..

  Without being told, Lina immediately started healing the team... The familiar refreshing sensation overwhelmed Jared as the healing took place..

 " Thanks Lina". Jared said..

 " No need to thank me.. It's my job after all". She said politely.. 

 Jared stood up, his injuries were now healed and he was now ready for another round of fighting...

 He made his way towards Lila and said..

 " Thanks Lila... For the support". He said..

 Lila smiled and said..

 " No need to thank me.. after all we're meant to protect each other". She said with a smile ..

 Meanwhile, deep within the dungeon, in the boss's domain.. A huge tree that was emanating a dark and corrupted aura could be seen..

 ~ I would grant you power... Eat my seed ~ 

 The tree spoke.. its voice was ancient..

 The golbin stared at the seeds, his eyes widened as he began slalevating..

 This was the ability of the tree , once you see the seed, you would have the urge to eat it..

 ~ Eat it, and feed the rest to your followers ~

 The tree said as six seeds began to float towards the Boss and five other goblins..

 Without hesitation.. they all ate the seeds....

 WHOOSH!!!

 Instantly a dark aura burst forth from within them and their green skin instantly changed to a dark one ...

~ How do you feel.. powerful?.. You'll surely thank me later ~

 The tree said, and with that that, he entered into the ground and disappeared from sight..

 Meanwhile back to Jared and his teammates.. while they were going.. a notification appeared...
