I arrived at the restaurant ten minutes early. It was one of the best places in Crestfall City, with soft lighting and tables spaced far enough for private talks.

I had chosen a quiet corner table and told the hostess my name. She smiled brightly when she saw me and led me straight there.

The new clothes felt perfect on my body. The tailored shirt sat just right across my shoulders, and the watch on my wrist caught the light every time I moved my hand. I sat down and waited while checking the system screen in my mind.

Main mission progress sat at thirty-five percent. The side mission for public exposure waiting for the right moment. Tonight belonged to Elyndra.

At exactly eight o'clock she walked in. The hostess guided her toward my table, and I stood up to greet her. Elyndra wore a sleek black dress that hugged her figure without trying too hard. Her hair fell straight and shiny over one shoulder. She looked even more striking than she did in the cafe.

Draven, she said with that cool tone I remembered. You clean up well.

I pulled out her chair for her. Thank you for coming. You look beautiful tonight.

She sat down gracefully and studied me across the table. “Most men say that as an opener. Coming from you, it feels different. Honest.”

We ordered wine first. A good red that the waiter recommended. While we waited, I kept the conversation light but real.

I asked about her company and the projects she handled. She answered with sharp details and clear pride in her work.

She ran a growing tech firm that developed security software for big corporations. Smart work that demanded respect.

“You seem very driven,” I said after she finished explaining one recent deal. “Most people would be satisfied with half of what you have built.”

Elyndra took a small sip of wine. "Satisfaction is for people who stop growing. I do not plan to stop. What about you, Draven? Yesterday you said you were building something big. Care to share more now that we are not rushing to a meeting?

I leaned back slightly and met her eyes. “I am in the middle of a major turnaround. Left my old life behind after some hard lessons. Now I focus on wealth, power, and surrounding myself with the right people. People who match my energy.”

She raised one eyebrow. “Bold statement. Most men your age still chase quick money or easy thrills.”

“I am not most men.”

The system chimed softly.

Charm Aura Level 2 is performing strongly. Her interest level has increased.

Our food arrived. Grilled salmon for her and a perfect steak for me. We ate and talked more.

She asked about my car and how I carried myself with such confidence after what seemed like a recent change.

I gave her enough truth without revealing the system. I told her I had received a big opportunity that woke me up and pushed me to move fast.

Elyndra listened carefully. Her eyes stayed on mine the whole time. “You intrigue me, Draven. Most people who suddenly get money act loud and flashy. You stay calm and focused. That is rare.”

I smiled. “Flashing money is for boys who want attention. I want results. And right now one result I want is to know you better.”

She set her fork down and leaned forward a little. “Direct again, I like that. But I do not jump into anything quickly. Show me you are serious, and we can see where this goes.”

We finished dinner with a light dessert and more wine. The conversation flowed easily. She laughed once at a story I told about bad drivers in the city.

The sound was soft and genuine. For a moment her cool ice queen mask slipped, and I saw the woman underneath.

When the bill came, I paid without letting her reach for her purse. She watched me hand over the card and nodded once in approval.

Outside the restaurant, the night air felt cool. I walked her to her car, which was a sleek silver sedan parked nearby.

“Thank you for tonight,” she said as she stopped beside the door. “It was better than I expected.”

I stood close but not too close. “Then let's make the next one even better. Tomorrow night if you are free.”

She paused and looked up at me. Her dark eyes reflected the streetlights. “You move fast.”

“Only when something is worth it,” I replied.

Elyndra opened her car door but turned back before getting in. “Alright, Draven. Tomorrow night. Send me the details. Do not disappoint.”

I watched her drive away until her taillights disappeared around the corner. Then I let out a slow breath and smiled.

The system updated right away.

First date with prime harem candidate completed. Bond level one unlocked. Reward of five hundred thousand dollars added. Charm Aura experience gained.

My balance grew again. I felt stronger too. The minor strength boost from the morning sign-in combined with everything else made my steps feel lighter on the way back to my car.

As I drove toward the hotel, my phone buzzed. It was Mia this time. Her message read, Draven, what game are you playing?. Jax saw your car yesterday, and he is angry. Stop this before it gets worse.

I read it once and deleted the message without replying. Let her worry. Let Jax get angry. Their perfect bubble was cracking, and I planned to shatter it soon.

Back in my suite, I poured a glass of water and stood by the window looking out at the city. Lights twinkled everywhere like tiny promises of what was coming.

Elyndra was the first real queen I had claimed attention from. More would follow. The system promised that. But revenge still burned as a steady flame in the back of my mind.

Tomorrow I would handle the restaurant move against Jax and Mia. Show them the new me in their territory. Then dinner with Elyndra again to keep building that connection.

I set the glass down and got ready for bed. Sleep came quickly and deeply.

In the morning I would wake up even stronger. Ready to push harder. Ready to take more.

This city belonged to me now. Step by step I would prove it.

  • Chapter 116: Get The Thief!

5 hours later. 7pm. No one went home; the employees stayed glued to their laptops, palmtops, trackers, and all sorts of gadgets they could get their hands on to find the thief. Sade swiveled her chair towards her colleague. “Location identified. Bavan Street.” She said. They circled the point where the signal was most active. “Adam, bring your tracking pods.” Their colleague, Adam, rushed to their desk with the pods. They attached it to the signal point. Immediately another mini screen began showing codes, finding the signal location, and searching. Finally, a location address appeared on the screen. Building. 56. Bavan Street. “Copy that.” Adam unplugged the pods and took them to the location, guys. They begin logging the security cameras in the area, especially in front of the house. After codes and codes of analysis, the screen blared out. "Successful.” They began looking backward, to 5 a.m. No one passed the street except a man in a black hoodie, face covered, with nothing

Singapore DeVante Tech. “What do you mean you can’t find him?!” The tech executive roared. “I swear on my life, sir, I was tailing behind him when he passed through the corridor of the fifth floor. As I entered into the corridor after hearing him scream, he was gone.” The tech intern cried, about to shit herself. “Fuck!” The executive yelled and slammed a chair against the floor. “Where could he have gone? What do we do now? He said to his colleague. The air in the room was seamlessly tensed. The door opened, and a security guard entered. “Sir, his car is still at the car park, the underground one.” Everyone was quiet. Confused and, most unfortunately, scared. With their jobs on the line now, every one of their moves has to make sense towards getting a solution. After some minutes, the two executives walked out of the room and headed to the staff tech room. Immediately after the employees saw them approaching, they quickly ran to their seats after standing behind the wall

  • Chapter 114: The Black Eyed Monster.

“Take me to where I stay. District 7.” I tap on the driver’s shoulders. Elyndra leaned closer to me. “Is that where you stayed as a delivery boy?” “Yes,” i responsded. The ride was silent all through, giving me time to think things through. For now my tasks were precise and straightforward. Get to the Haland Empire, find Sophia, and become an employee there. The driver switched on the radio after a while. A radio presenter’s voice filled, breaking the silence. “Just in. A black-eyed monster has been sighted in Crestfall. This is a mysterious event in Crest, as this is its first of its kind.” “Reports have also been made that this monthly goes out of its way to kill unless anyone stands in its way. It seems to be searching for something or, rather, someone. We have no sufficient information yet concerning what it wants or searches for.” My brows pinched as I tried to remember any time in the past such a thing ever happened, and there was none. What monster could this be? We

  • Chapter 113: I Am Still HIM!

She looked at my eyes, searching probably for an ounce of a lie. She placed her eyes into mine. “Fine, let’s do this. We start by looking for the other women.” She packed her bags and dialed the office telecom. Knock knock. The door opened, and a young man opened the door. “Good day, ma’am, you sent for me.”Elyndra replied, “Yes, I did. Clear my entire schedule for the day. Anyone who asks of me, tell them I’m not available. Including the investor, stall the meeting.”“Alright, ma’am,” the young man with a tag of secretary named Abdul said. “Anything else?” “Tjat will be all, Abdul. Make sure you supervise the employee while I’m gone. I would rather not hear any form of incompetence. Is that clear?” “Yes ma’am,” he responded and hurried out. I chuckled. She looked up, lips curved upwards. “What?” I shook my head. “Nothing… So are you ready?”“Yes.” We stepped out of the office and used the elevator to move to to the last floor. As we passed through the receptionist, everyone p
