Lucas woke up at exactly 6am, without the help of his alarm, he had gotten used to waking up by that time for his exercises that now he did not need an alarm to help him. The sky outside was still partially dark when Lucas stepped out of his hotel room, and headed to the gym owned by the hotel. When Lucas was done with the penultimate session, he dropped the dumbbell, and beckoned on Kenji. They began the last session with some light stretching before transitioning into sparring.
