Chapter One Hundred And Twenty

Max could not stop tapping on the table anxiously. After the call he received the other day, he was instructed to go to this hotel and was asked to go ahead and order whatever he wanted.

While Max was told of the offer over the phone, it sounded too good to be true. He didn't believe that there was anyone ready to give such an offer, but their company was in a fiery situation. He was desperate and if there was any means possible, then he had to try.

He had been seated at the hotel counter for a while now and even though he was instructed to go ahead and take whatever he wanted, Max was too anxious to go with the order, for fear that he might not be able to pay just in case the caller didn't show up.

But after a while, a man dressed in a black suit with black sunglasses walks up to him and, while acting casual, he whispers to him.

“Mr. Steele, come with me right now!” He ordered and started walking out of there, although Max had no idea who he was, but immediately followed him upstairs
