About two hours later, Taeyang opened his eyes. Those around noticed and turned to him. He nodded at them and disappeared. Outside Paradix, Taeyang found himself in a room. The two peak masters were seated, cultivating. When they noticed Taeyang’s presence they opened their eyes. “You did well,” Taeyang said. “Is the battle over?” “Not yet,” one of them replied. “They are still clashing.” “Good, we can leave safely then. Inside Paradix - “Hell ya, we did good,” Taeyang said as he laid on the grass. ‘That was dangerous. If that old lady had not distracted him, we would have died,’ Hiroshi pointed out. Taeyang stared at the dark sky, lit up by huge runes. This was Paradix, a world of only night, brightened by runes that move around in the sky. “Captain, get up.”Lin Si heard someone called out to her. Blood ran down her face, partially obscuring her vision. The shockwave of the explosion had sent them flying. She grabbed a sword beside her got to her feet. Heavy breaths, shaking hands, and sore muscles, Lin Si cried out and rushed at the nearest enemy. Someone fell beside her, but she didn’t turn to look. ‘Die,’ she screamed in her heart, slashing at an enemy and rushing to another. She had no time to care about who fell, not when enemies were all around. A crack torn in the sky some meters away. The phenomenon caused everyone around to pause. They watched the sky tear in awe. The crack grew large catching everyone’s attention and causing them to pause too. Those around retreated out of fear. “Finally!” a voice sounded from within the crack and a young man flew out. Standing on a platform made of ice, almost completely naked, he looked looked around. “I’m finally out.”“He turn the sky open?” Lin Si heard someone asked.
